# Personality observation record

FermatMind • https://fermatmind.com/en/tests/mbti-personality-test-16-personality-types#result-examples

Use this blank record privately with a result you can actually access, or use the clearly synthetic example below. The public examples do not supply a personal result. This record is not a test, score conversion or clinical assessment.

## Blank record

- Observation date / context:
- Report source and accessible result date:
- Form / item count: Unknown unless provided (93 and 144 are separate forms).
- Test language / result material language: record separately; Unknown unless provided.
- Reported engine, scoring and content versions: Unknown unless provided.
- Four preference pairs: copy only the values and original units actually shown.
- Additional A/T: record separately from the four preference pairs, or Unknown.
- Reference population / quality notes / warnings: preserve the report wording, or Unknown.
- One report statement I want to examine:
- One recent situation, described without identifying another person:
- What I observed (actions or words, rather than a label):
- A possible interpretation, kept separate from the observation:
- A counterexample or another explanation:
- One small adjustment I choose to try:
- When and how I will review it:
- Outcome / feedback: leave blank until it happens.
- What to keep, change or pause after review:

## Completed planning example — synthetic, not a participant

This invented plan refers to the public midpoint example: I 51% / E 49%, N 65% / S 35%, T 75% / F 25%, P 60% / J 40%. These illustrative percentages describe preference position within the public example, not the proportion of answers choosing either pole, population percentiles, ability, accuracy or statistical confidence. No scored form, personal result, A/T, version, quality or population reference was supplied: those fields remain Unknown. The two-percentage-point gap between I and E does not establish a fixed identity or a universal threshold.

- Observation question: Does preparing a short written note help me contribute to a discussion?
- Invented situation: I first draft an idea alone, then discuss it with a colleague. No real colleague was contacted or observed.
- Interpretation to test: preparation might help; I cannot infer that I always prefer working alone from I 51%.
- Counterexample: an unprepared conversation might be useful when the topic is familiar. This is a possible alternative, not a recorded event.
- Next action: before one ordinary discussion I choose to have, spend five minutes writing a conclusion and one question.
- Review: after the discussion, record whether I contributed, whether the note helped and what else influenced the experience.
- Actual outcome / feedback: Unknown; the action has not been carried out in this example.

## Use and save

For an accessible private report, the existing result export panel lets you select data, inspect the complete preview, edit your purpose, then copy or download TXT/Markdown. Copy only what you choose to disclose. Copy failure: select and copy the visible preview manually. This local Markdown file and its TXT counterpart can also be opened and saved directly. A print request is distinct from a saved file; check your own print destination. This package does not open a personal report PDF feature.

Keep this record on your own device unless you decide to share it. Do not include credentials, private result URLs, answers, question text, answer keys or internal IDs. You can use the record without AI. If you choose to paste a previewed result into an external AI service, distinguish report facts, your account and AI interpretation; ordinary pasted text is not a system message, permanent memory or an automatic upload. AI interpretation never changes FermatMind scores.

Existing export behavior is reused from UX-02; this package adds a private observation record, not a new result engine or a duplicate AI article. Checked 29 October 2026.
