A single online IQ or matrix-reasoning result reflects performance on a particular set of items, at a particular time, under particular conditions; it is not a complete intellectual profile. Interpret it through four layers: what the items required, which strategies you used, your state during the session, and the uncertainty around the result. Specific differences can only be discussed when the product actually provides item-type or process-level data; without normative references and item-specific evidence, you should not infer percentile rankings or assign yourself labels such as "high IQ" or "low IQ."

First confirm the test composition, including question types, timing, whether returning to edit answers is allowed, and whether matrix and pattern-based visual reasoning are included. Do not extrapolate performance in one type of question to overall cognitive ability.
Matrix reasoning typically involves identifying relationships among a limited set of visuals, but real-world learning and work also require language comprehension, knowledge, memory, planning, communication, creativity, and sustained long-term effort. Average performance on visual pattern questions does not imply equivalent average performance in writing, design, social judgment, or professional practice.

Before sharing, clearly state the purpose: "I'd like to discuss time management," rather than inviting others to evaluate your intelligence.
Managers, teachers, and partners should not require individuals to submit standard online IQ scores as proof of ability. Hiring, admissions, and personnel assignments require task-aligned, reviewed evidence and these results cannot substitute for that evidence. Even if users choose to share them, a single number should never be posted on public pages, analysis logs, or searchable databases.
If others use scores to belittle or elevate you, redirect the discussion to specific performance details: what tasks were completed, under what conditions, what evidence exists, and what limitations applied. Personal value is not determined by a single online assessment.

This narrative is closer to actionable, revisable evidence than "my IQ is X, so I am a certain kind of person."
Short-term gains may result from familiarity with item types, memorizing rules, equipment changes, or improved conditions; declines could stem from fatigue, time pressure, or differences in item difficulty. Scores are especially unsuitable for direct comparison when the two tests use different instruments or scoring methods, or were taken under different conditions.
Do not retake a test repeatedly in an attempt to obtain satisfactory numbers. Repeated testing makes it more difficult to distinguish between practice effects and test anxiety.
Test results should not be used for hiring, admissions, diagnosis, or as proof of personal value.
A percentile has a meaningful interpretive foundation only when the tool publicly specifies the applicable norms, scoring methodology, and reference group. Percentile conversions should not be performed independently when current public information is insufficient.
