When work needs doing, do you move it forward, get people talking, steady the handoffs or check the details first? Choose the response that fits your current approach in 24 paired situations. Your result follows those choices, with a complete report for every single or tied outcome.
Each question compares two directions, and the selected direction gains 1 count. Each of the four directions takes part in 12 comparisons, so each count ranges from 0 to 12. This number applies only within the current question set. It shows which direction you selected relatively more often, not your place in a population, an accuracy rate, concentration or percentile.
When two or more directions have the same count and jointly hold the highest count, the result is a tie at the top. Every tie is retained, without using question order, letter order or option position to separate it. A tie is neither an error nor a test failure. It is the actual outcome of these answers.
A lower count does not mean a flaw or a missing quality. It means only that you selected that direction less often in these paired comparisons. Often, a low count simply reflects selecting another direction more often in this attempt. The four directions describe approaches to behavior, not ability scores.
These are public explanations, not anyone's private attempt. Full reports cover all four single directions and every tied combination. Reading one does not affect your score.
Across these 24 questions, you more often chose the response that sets the next step and gets things moving.
Across these 24 questions, you most often chose options that get conversation flowing first.
Across the questionnaire, you more often chose the response that first looks after the pace and makes room for everyone.
Your answers gave the highest count to C, standards and checks: first checking the evidence, standards and boundaries.

This is FermatMind’s own 24-item self-report questionnaire, adapted from its mini-program. It is not a commercial DISC instrument, certified report or hiring assessment. Its four directions describe choices within this edition; reliability, validity and population norms have not been established for this questionnaire.
Each choice adds 1 count to its direction, and each direction appears in 12 comparisons. Equal highest totals stay tied. Letter order, question order and randomness never break a tie. The 15 public reports below cover every single and tied combination.
No. Raw counts reflect relative choices in this question set, not ability, percentiles or accuracy. This edition has no near-score cutoff. You can read nearby directions alongside your experiences, but close totals are not silently converted into a tie.
All 24 questions and full results are free, with no signup or prerequisite MBTI test. Answers are evaluated in your browser and never sent to a server, URL or analytics event. Tab-session saving is optional and clears on completion, exit-and-clear or retake.
Start with the raw choice count for each of the four directions, then identify the direction or directions with the highest count, keeping every tie. Check them against specific recent experiences: what fits, and what does not? The descriptions on the results page are clues, not a verdict.
Behavior changes with circumstances. The same person may have very different first responses on a deadline-driven project, among familiar friends and under intense pressure. The page describes what you selected more often in this attempt, not how you always behave.
The result is not a fixed identity or label. Treat it as an observation of this attempt rather than an answer to who you are. It does not describe an unchanging personality essence, or designate any direction as your primary or secondary direction.

This is an original FermatMind self-report questionnaire, unrelated to commercial certified DISC products, and it does not produce a certified report. Names such as moving things forward and engaging through expression are original wording chosen to avoid confusion with commercial product terminology.
