Fighter: Practised Technique and Clear Moves
Explore practised technique and clear choices in a fictional challenge, with eleven comparisons and no verdict of actual force, discipline, courage or class power.
Choose one option for all 24 items; each adds one to its editorial class play angle and counts sum to 24. Four of twelve classes appear per item. Each appears eight times, twice in each position; absent classes are not rejections. Every highest count retains its full guide. Choosing the first option throughout gives two each and all twelve guides. List order establishes no priority or automatic second class. Counts are neither similarity percentages, ability scores, power, fit probabilities nor population ranks. One extra choice proves no significance, talent or fixed identity. Compare close guides without inventing ties; ties prescribe no multiclassing. This edition has no norms, rarity estimates, scientific cutoffs or psychometric validation. Changing stories and interpretations can change choices.
Class context and this edition’s play angle
This Fighter angle concerns practised martial technique and clear moves made by a trained fictional character. Actual bodily ability, discipline and fighting experience are unnecessary. Describe an action without demonstrating weapons or real techniques. A game class is no verdict of toughness, and choosing it does not establish that direct solutions are your only preference in everyday life. The focus is what you might enjoy playing at a table.
Which play choices the count describes
A highest count records more choices for practised moves, timing and preparation. Imagining actions clearly, enjoying a distinct theme or explaining a contribution may account for the appeal. Counts measure no rules knowledge and promise no simple, stable or powerful mechanics. You can enjoy this premise while giving the character artistic interests, curiosity about magic or an intricate personal story; a chosen angle leaves those possibilities open.
A concrete fictional scene
Imagine using a practised move at a clear moment during a fictional challenge. After describing the intention, check actions, available equipment and outcomes under the current rules. Questionnaire counts determine no success. Observing or cooperating can come first. A character possessing martial technique need not use force in every scene or resolve conversation and exploration through the same approach, regardless of what the player selected in this quiz.
Questions to discuss with the table
Ask how a martial character can participate in exploration and conversation as well as action. Check the version, allowed options and the amount of rules reading you want rather than letting a beginner label decide. Enjoying a trained fictional character requires no perfect player decisions. Forgetting a rule, asking a question and changing an idea are ordinary parts of shared play, with no questionnaire certifying readiness or expertise.
Comparisons with the other eleven classes
Fighter highlights practised technique, Barbarian primal power and Monk unarmed movement, without ranking actual training, strength or self-control. Paladin concerns an oath, Ranger wilderness routes and Rogue precise openings. Bard concerns performance, Cleric divine support, Druid nature and forms, Sorcerer innate shaping, Warlock a pact and Wizard study. Actual character stories can cross these limited angles; the guide describes selected appeals rather than restricting what a class may care about.
Counterexamples and abilities not inferred
Choosing a clear move may reflect understandable wording rather than preference for a complete mechanical system. Avoiding martial play proves no lack of courage. The result assesses no fitness, leadership, discipline, impulse, intelligence, combat ability or real occupation and predicts no gameplay performance. Build actual characters under the rules. A highest tie records equal counts rather than prescribing multiclassing or an optimal party composition that the quiz never evaluated.
An optional imaginary tryout
For an optional tryout, write one martial image you enjoy and a scene where the character contributes without force. Perform no actual action. Notice how clear moves, a trained background and other interests fit together. Compare Barbarian, Monk or another guide if only one scene appeals. A Fighter result does not require abandoning a complex story or other interests, nor choosing that class for your next campaign.

Unofficial edition, adaptation and SRD attribution
This independently authored FermatMind 24-item unofficial fantasy-game quiz selects the twelve SRD 5.2.1 base classes for limited readings of current play preferences. Class means a game class, not a real career, actual personality or complete rules taxonomy. The selection excludes other D&D versions, expanded classes, Artificer, subclasses, species, alignment and video-game builds. Items, options, mappings, counts, examples and explanations are original; brief class context is editorially adapted and independently translated into Chinese rather than replacing actual rules. No IDR 60-item bank, competitor text or algorithm, official art, protected book questions, full spells or character assets are adopted.
