Prepare common reasoning tasks through one short original bank. The verbal part mixes three True / False / Cannot say items and three four-option supported-claim items; numerical and logical parts have six four-option items each. SHL and Korn Ferry names identify preparation interests, not official items, forms, pacing or score conversions. Actual invitations and provider instructions take priority.
Responses and counts stay in page memory. Refresh, leaving, language changes or restart clear them. No saved draft or public answer URL is created. Optional activity counts require a separate consent choice and contain no answers or scores.

The first three verbal questions use True, False and Cannot say; the next three ask for one supported claim among four options. Numerical and logical parts each contain six four-option tasks. All information needed for a keyed answer is in its prompt. This mixed edition is not a copy of either provider’s test.
Provider products differ and change over time. The linked SHL documents describe a retired generation and one 2018 format; the Korn Ferry guide is dated 2021. They do not establish a single current test format for every employer. Check the exact name and instructions in your invitation.
Timed practice uses 3:00 for verbal, 5:00 for numerical and 4:00 for logical reasoning: twelve active minutes. The next clock waits for your explicit start. Background tabs do not pause an active clock; expiry locks that part with blanks retained. Sixteen minutes including instructions is an editorial estimate.
Untimed study uses the same questions with no deadline. Early finish is available in both modes. A detected device-clock inconsistency clears the attempt without creating a timed result. These local controls do not provide invigilation or certify performance under an employer’s conditions.
A correct selection counts once as correct, another offered selection once as wrong, and a missing or skipped selection once as unanswered. Counts sum to six per part and eighteen overall. There is no speed bonus, guessing correction, weighted composite, five-band label or normative comparison.
Parts are not equated, and the three-choice verbal items have a different option count. Do not diagnose a weakest ability from the smallest raw count. After all three parts close, every item and explanation is available, including blanks. Public guides are available before answering and contain no private results.
Record the first unsupported inference, denominator error or rule violation in your workings. Build one fresh example and check it before returning to this fixed bank. Higher repeat counts can reflect recognition and different conditions as well as learning; the exercise does not separate those explanations.
Use the linked provider material for background and your actual invitation for equipment, timing, accessibility arrangements and permitted help. This practice does not predict a hiring decision or replace the provider’s own preparation instructions. All three full guides remain free, with no signup or score threshold.
Read without answering. These pages are identical for everyone, without personal responses or scores.
No. This is one independently authored mixed-format learning edition. The provider names describe preparation interests; no item bank, endorsement, adaptive engine or official score conversion is supplied.
They exercise two explicit response rules: classifying a claim as true, false or undetermined, and selecting the one claim supported by a passage. Read each instruction; these formats are not interchangeable or a reconstruction of one provider form.
No. The site selected three, five and four minutes for its six-question parts. Actual tests can use different question counts, adaptive selection, part clocks or question clocks. Follow your own invitation.
No. Wrong selections and unanswered items are displayed separately; all three raw counts are shown out of six and eighteen. There is no pass band, percentile or employer cutoff.
Yes. Every explanation appears after three parts close, regardless of the counts. All three complete public guides are available before answering, without signup or a paid report. Questions stay English in both interfaces; guidance is bilingual.
They stay in page memory and clear when you restart, reload, leave or change language. Shared links point only to identical public guides, without answers, counts or an attempt identifier. Optional activity counts have a separate consent choice.
