Original self-reflection questionnaire · Full results free
Explore timing, effort blocks, focus conditions and pauses with 20 original ratings. Four full readings free; no chronotype or productivity score.
20 questions · about 6 minutes · no signup
Think about the past two weeks. Rate how well each statement describes your experience from 1 to 5; 3 includes partly / depends. Choose “No suitable opportunity / prefer not to rate” when appropriate. Respond to all twenty prompts; each five-item topic needs at least three numeric ratings for a mean. The four topics are independent, without a total or type. You can stop and read every full guide without answering. Six minutes is an editorial estimate.

All questions and full results are free, with no signup. Saving is optional; only saved attempts can be resumed after a refresh or language change. Tab drafts expire after 24 hours and clear on completion or retake.
When does an activity feel easier to start, and what conditions feel inviting? Explore four separate recent-experience topics through twenty original statements. See raw sums, numeric coverage and means alongside specific complete readings, examples and optional observations. This profile does not measure biological timing, flow, performance or health.
Read what each of the 4 parts explores. Your complete result presents them together; they are not mutually exclusive personality types. These public guides contain no one’s answers or personal means.
How your recent preferences describe an earlier start, without clock-hour or biological-type claims.
Understand a preference for small stopping points, without a stamina, diligence or productivity ranking.
Read how fewer interruptions and a predictable setup felt, without claiming measured flow or attention ability.
Interpret changes you noticed after ordinary pauses, without a recovery-capacity score or a prescription.
Yes. All twenty questions, four separate readings and all complete guides are free without signup.
No. Earlier waking-day preference is self-reported, without sleep timing, biological measures or a validated chronotype instrument.
No. One topic describes perceived low-interruption conditions. That does not establish absorption or measure a flow state.
Each topic has five 1–5 ratings. At least three numeric responses are needed to divide their sum by their count; the mean is rounded to one decimal. Unscored answers are excluded.
It counts as a response but not a number. With fewer than three numeric ratings, that topic has no mean; sufficiently rated topics remain. All four guides are still complete.
No. The four means are not combined, ranked or used to assign a type. Greater endorsement is not better performance or recovery.
No. It concerns timing, effort arrangements, focus conditions and experiences after pauses. It does not assess social depletion, exhaustion symptoms or health.
Optional progress lasts up to 24 hours in this tab and clears on completion, exit-and-clear or retake. Share the public title and entry link without personal responses or means.
This original 20-item Energy & Flow Profile describes four topics from the past two weeks: earlier waking-day preference, bounded effort, low-interruption conditions and readiness noticed after ordinary pauses. It does not administer a standard chronotype or flow scale.
Rate how well each statement describes your recent experience from 1 to 5. Three means partly describes it / depends. Choose the unscored option if there was no suitable opportunity or you prefer not to rate. These are endorsement ratings, not observed frequencies or performance scores.
Within each topic, add numeric ratings and divide by their count if at least three of five are numeric. Round to one decimal. For 2, 3, 4, 4 and an unscored response, the sum is 13 and the mean is 3.3. There are no reverse items, total score, rankings or type cutoffs.
All twenty prompts need a response before the record is shown. An unscored answer counts as a response but not a number. Fewer than three numeric ratings withholds only that topic’s mean. All four complete guides remain available even if every answer is unscored.
A greater mean means more endorsement of the stated topic, not better energy, focus or recovery. A lower mean does not establish the opposite type. Equal means can contain different answers; the response review preserves the chosen options. Read count and context alongside each mean.
This is a descriptive self-report, without biological timing, clock-hour recommendations, flow-state measurement, health screening, job-fit ranking or population norms. Psychometric validation and cross-language measurement equivalence have not been established.
Responses and means stay in this browser. Optional progress is saved in this tab for up to 24 hours and clears on completion, exit-and-clear or retake. Sharing contains only the public title and entry link, without answers or means. No account or email is needed.
Choose one small reversible change if useful, and notice the experience without treating it as a controlled experiment. You can also finish after reading. Separate personality or interest tests require their own complete answers and cannot be inferred from these means.
