Read your own experience in a specific setting.
An original full guide with ordinary examples, mixed answers and independent raw frequency. No face ranking or attractiveness score.
Four original prompts; three numeric ratings needed for a raw 1–5 mean. Unscored is not zero. No overall face score, tier or percentile.
Frequency of chosen care, not a beauty standard
This part records setting aside a moment for grooming, following a chosen routine, adjusting an appearance detail or trying a small styling choice. It concerns actions you selected for yourself during the past month. A higher mean does not establish good hygiene, effective products, a better-looking face or greater self-respect. A lower mean may simply reflect a different routine or fewer suitable occasions; the questionnaire does not establish the reason.
Preparing for an ordinary activity
Imagine arranging your hair before meeting a friend because you enjoy the result. On another day, you may prefer to leave it as it is and use the time elsewhere. Both are choices, and neither lets the questionnaire judge the amount of care you need. This example does not prescribe a product, spending level, cosmetic practice or appearance rule. It only makes a small voluntary action easier to recognise.
Enjoyment and obligation are different
A possible useful side is giving some space to a detail you enjoy choosing. A possible cost is feeling that the routine has become something you must complete to be acceptable around others. Neither is measured by the mean. More frequent care is not automatically better, and no result recommends adding steps or purchases. You retain the option to simplify a routine or leave your current choices unchanged.
Routine and experimentation need not match
You may regularly follow a simple routine but rarely try something new. Another person may experiment with a detail now and then without a stable routine. Their means could be equal. The four statements should not be read as a checklist for an ideal appearance. They also do not distinguish opportunity, available time, resources or cultural expectations. Leave an experience unscored when it does not provide a suitable observation.
Care does not determine confidence
Chosen care is separate from how you see your face, feel in photos or direct attention around other people. Someone may enjoy grooming while feeling awkward in front of a camera. Another may feel relaxed in a room without making any particular styling choice. No formula converts one part into another, and no overall tier rewards a particular combination. Read the circumstances behind each answer rather than treating care as an explanation of everything.
Notice which choices are yours
If useful, identify one small appearance choice that felt voluntary and one step you could comfortably omit. You do not need to omit it, add a replacement or tell anyone about the note. This optional reflection is about how you describe your own routine, not advice about skin, hair, health or treatment. You can stop with the observation, leave the questions unscored or read another guide without taking any action.
Raw frequency and missing experiences
Use 1 never, 2 rarely, 3 sometimes, 4 often or 5 almost always for the past month. Three is a frequency answer, not uncertainty. Use unscored for an unsuitable experience, uncertainty or a choice not to answer. After all sixteen responses, each part needs three numeric ratings out of four. For example, 2, 3 and 5 with one unscored item give 10 / 3, displayed as 3.3. With fewer ratings it shows insufficient information. Bars locate the raw 1–5 mean rather than a percentage or population position.
An original self-image reflection
FermatMind authored these sixteen statements and four full readings. They have no established reliability, validity, norms or language equivalence. This is not a face-attractiveness measure, a Japanese hensachi score, a body-appreciation research instrument or an assessment of health. No photograph, camera or AI analysis is used. There is no overall tier, average-person comparison or advice to buy, groom or change a feature. Every guide stays open even if all answers are unscored; sharing contains only a public title and entry link.
