Original self-reflection questionnaire · Full results free
Explore invitations, coordination and personal warmth through 24 original items. Six free full guides separate your actions from what you want others to offer.
24 questions · about 5 minutes · no signup
Keep one ordinary voluntary group or familiar interaction context in mind over the past four weeks. Rate how often each action or wish occurred, from Never to Very often. Use the unscored option for absent context or declining to answer. Respond to all 24 prompts; each part requires three of four numeric ratings for its own mean. Your wishes do not establish what others did or owed you. You may stop or read every guide without answering.

What you offer others can differ from what you hope they will offer you. Explore initiating and wanting invitations, coordination and personal warmth in one ordinary context. This original reflection keeps six readings separate and makes every complete guide freely available. It assigns no interpersonal type and does not administer FIRO-B.
Read what each of the 6 parts explores. Your complete result presents them together; they are not mutually exclusive personality types. These public guides contain no one’s answers or personal means.

No. This is a separately authored reflection. The publisher’s restricted FIRO-B instrument, scoring and reports are not administered here. Public framework references do not transfer validation or licensing.
No. You may offer one kind of interaction and want a different amount yourself. Keep paired readings separate; neither a difference nor a match determines a problem or compatibility.
No. Frequency of a wish does not establish whether it was met or why it arose. The result is your own account in a chosen context, not an assessment of another person.
Yes. All six complete guides are public and free. You may choose unscored responses, stop at any time and keep any reflection private.
This original reflection separates your offers from what you want others to offer: participation, practical coordination and one-to-one warmth. It is a conversation vocabulary, not a measure of underlying psychological needs. Every part has its own complete guide.
Think about one ordinary voluntary group or set of familiar interactions over the past four weeks. Keep that context throughout; do not enter names or private details. Rate how often each action or wish occurred. All 24 items need a response; each four-item part needs at least three numeric ratings. NA remains missing. No items are reversed, and no paired differences, totals, rankings or compatibility scores are calculated.
FIRO-B, associated with William Schutz, distinguishes expressed and wanted aspects of inclusion, control and affection. Its publisher describes a restricted 54-item assessment requiring certification. This page does not administer that instrument, FIRO Business or another website’s 36-item version. FermatMind independently wrote these 24 statements and six guides, uses no proprietary items or report text, and produces no official FIRO scores or norms. The public references explain the conceptual background only.
Means summarise your answers in this context. They do not establish what others experienced, whether a wish was met, a cause, a fixed personality or how two people will get along. Reliability, validity, norms and English–Chinese measurement equivalence have not been established for this edition. It is not for selection, clinical decisions or relationship screening. You can stop without acting on any prompt.
Answers are calculated on this page without uploading a response sheet or including answers in URLs or analytics events. Optional tab drafts require opt-in, expire after 24 hours and clear on completion, exit-and-clear or retake. Public guides and share cards contain general text, never your answers or means. You can read every guide without answering or sharing.
