Original maturity self-reflection · Full results free
A free maturity reflection: 24 original frequency items and four full guides. Explore everyday practices with explicit missing information and no age labels.
24 questions · about 6 minutes · no signup
Think about the past four weeks and how often the specific response occurred when there was a relevant opportunity. Choose Never through Almost always. Select the separate option for no relevant opportunity, insufficient information or preferring not to answer; it is not zero. All twenty-four selections are required for a result. Each six-item part needs at least four ratings for its own mean; other parts can remain available independently. This does not judge your age, worth or whether you are mature enough.

Responses after an unpleasant moment, revising a commitment, checking another account and retaining choice while accepting help can be reviewed separately, without first declaring yourself mature or immature. This edition uses twenty-four original FermatMind four-week frequency items in four six-item parts. Each needs four ratings for its own mean; other parts and all guides remain independently available. The parts are this site’s organisation for self-observation rather than a standard maturity instrument or universal developmental stages. Research discusses responsibility, perspective, temperance and other models; that supplies no validation of this bank, nor age, brain-development, health, wisdom or moral conclusions from frequencies. Complete results are free without another test, and all four full nine-section guides can be read first.
Each of twenty-four items offers Never 1, Rarely 2, Sometimes 3, Often 4, Almost always 5, or no relevant opportunity, insufficient information or preferring not to answer. Four parts each contain six directly keyed items, with zero reversals. Higher numbers mean higher reported frequency on these statements, not maturity, worth or ability. A part needs at least four ratings for a simple sum-divided-by-rated-count mean, rounded to one decimal, alongside its rated count. Non-applicable responses are not zero; fewer than four remain explicitly insufficient. All twenty-four selections are needed before a result, but one insufficient part does not erase others. All four full guides remain readable regardless of means or insufficiency. There is no highest type, band, total, overall mean, age or normative percentile. Frequency labels are ordered self-report categories; averaging is this site’s display convention, not established interval measurement. Identical means may represent different item patterns, without interpersonal rankings or significance inferred from a decimal difference.
Answer about actual practices when relevant opportunities arose over four weeks, rather than who you hope to become. No opportunity, insufficient information and preferring not to answer share an explicit option; the reason for missingness cannot reveal a personal state. Each six-item part needs four ratings; fewer remain insufficient without zero substitution. Opportunity, recall, wording and actual room to choose affect frequency. Lower is not immature, and higher guarantees neither appropriateness nor health.
Feeling and response, commitment and revision, perspective checking and self-directed choice are not mutually exclusive personalities. After twenty-four selections, each separately shows a mean and rated count or insufficient information, with all four full texts. There is no highest ranking or lowest part reducing a total. Guides include meaning, mean interpretation, an independent example, optional wording, three comparisons, counterexamples, review, scoring and scope, without another assessment needed to complete them.
Read what each of the 4 parts explores. Your complete result presents them together; they are not mutually exclusive personality types. These public guides contain no one’s answers or personal means.
This part reviews identifying a feeling and choosing a response when opportunities arose over four weeks. Its mean describes six reported frequencies, not calmness or an age of maturity.
This part reviews confirming agreements, explaining changes and following up what you willingly undertake. Frequency certifies neither morality nor reliability, and revising an agreement can accurately reflect changed conditions.
This part reviews checking understanding, available information and affected people’s conditions. Its mean measures neither mind-reading nor empathy ability, and understanding another account requires no agreement with it.
This part reviews explaining choices, considering advice and retaining room to decide. Autonomy does not mean doing everything alone, and needed help or practical dependence is not immaturity inferred from a mean.
These twenty-four items and four parts are FermatMind’s original organisation for self-observation, not a clinical or developmental assessment, standard maturity instrument, intelligence test or EQ ability measure. They estimate no mental age, brain development, wise type, health, trauma cause, morality, relationship quality or career. Research concepts such as responsibility, perspective and temperance provide background only: three-factor research validates neither these four parts, items, means nor interpretations, and results from specific age or justice samples are not transferred to individuals. Frequency depends on opportunity, context, recall and wording, not ability or population rank. Receiving support, seeking help, declining and revising agreements establish no immaturity.

No. Four parts separately organise reported frequencies of specific practices, without a maturity total, age, population norm, clinical developmental stage or fixed type. All four full guides remain readable; no highest part is selected and a low mean is not called a flaw. Other frameworks require separate complete answers.
No such inference follows. Conditions, willingness and limits matter; self-direction can coexist with support and agreements may need renegotiation. The bank observes neither quality of conduct nor private conditions. One mean cannot rate worth, demand compliance or decide whom to trust.
All twenty-four items, four-part results and four full nine-section guides are free without email, signup or another assessment. Answers stay in browser calculations without uploading or entering URLs or analytics; private stories, ages, family histories and clinical information are not collected. Drafts require opt-in, last twenty-four hours in this tab and clear on completion, retake or exit-and-clear. Optional sharing includes the test name and public link without answers, means, counts or maturity labels. Other assessments require separate complete answers rather than a type converted from a mean. You can read directly or stop here.
