Original practice bank · All explanations and revision guides free
Practise 30 original project cases on scope, schedule, risk, communication and budget. Free explanations and five full guides. No certification or hiring tier.
30 questions · about 18 minutes · no signup
Choose one answer using each case’s stated agreement, authority, record, quantities and exclusions. Five six-item groups are interleaved. Complete all 30 to read every key, explanation and full guide. Cases and amounts are fictional. No timer runs; 18 minutes is a rough planning estimate, not measured performance. For unaided practice, leave references and calculators until afterwards. Do not input confidential project records or change a real project to answer.

Work through 30 independently written fictional cases on scope and change, schedule and capacity, risk and response, communication and decisions, and budget quantities. Each limited task gives explicit rules or a declared model so that its keyed choice is reproducible. Recognizing that choice does not establish universally best professional judgment, organizational authority or real delivery success. All correct counts open 30 explanations and five complete seven-section review guides. Selected PMI and Microsoft concepts provide background; no published exam bank, manual case, template or proprietary standard is adapted. This untimed fixed practice has no population norms, hiring tier, certification, qualifying hours or validated English–Chinese score equivalence.
A keyed answer contributes one correct count and another valid answer contributes zero. Five six-item groups add to a total out of 30. There are no weights, reversed agreement items or speed bonuses. Missing or invalid choices are not filled in; all 30 must have valid choices before a complete result appears.
A count of 4/6 means four matching choices on six selected tasks. It does not show one underlying cause or a professional level. Zero, partial and perfect attempts receive all keys, explanations and all five full guides. Public guides carry general methods and fictional worked examples without visitors’ responses or private counts.
The task’s stated agreement or model makes a limited answer possible. Actual authority, dependencies, resource constraints, procurement and risk work need their own evidence. Counting correct choices does not establish leadership, hiring suitability, certification readiness or a real project outcome. Retake uses the same bank; after seeing answers, higher counts can reflect familiarity.
Every section has a public revision guide. Completing the practice shows every guide and item explanation without assigning a type by score. Public guides contain no personal responses or counts; studying before practice is welcome. This is not a secure exam.
Review deliverables, exclusions, acceptance evidence and fictional change rules. Correct counts do not establish certification or hiring readiness.
Review parallel branches, slack, whole-task capacity and descriptive averages. The fictional models do not promise actual project dates.
Review fictional risk records, named monitors and trigger-response pairs. Correct counts do not validate a real risk assessment or a professional tier.
Review decision authority, audience needs, explicit status and bounded sharing. Six task counts do not rate leadership or communication as a whole.
Review fictional costs, remaining allocation, declared differences and conditional forecasts. Counts do not establish a professional qualification.
Correct counts on 30 original fictional cases, split across five six-item groups, with every explanation and five complete guides. It does not assign a project-manager level, percentile, predicted delivery outcome or hiring recommendation.
No. This original practice does not reproduce or adapt their licensed questions or proprietary standards, and does not award certification, training hours, PDUs, exam-readiness estimates or provider endorsement.
Each task supplies its decision rule, evidence, authority or numerical assumptions. The key follows that limited task, not a claim of universally optimal behaviour for every real project. Actual project work needs context not measured here.
The author reviewed bilingual meanings against explicit fictional criteria. Calculations use exact quantities; schedule joins, slack, averages and all eight subsets in the capacity task are recomputed. These checks do not independently validate professional judgment, language interpretation, population norms or real delivery performance.
No timer runs; 18 minutes is a rough planning estimate. All 30 keys and explanations and five full guides are free without account, email or payment. Retake uses the same fixed original bank, not a newly calibrated exam form.
Answers stay in the browser. Optional tab drafts expire after 24 hours and clear on completion, exit-and-clear or retake; without a draft, refresh loses progress. Sharing copies a public test link without answers, correct counts or private identifiers. Use fictional project records.
FermatMind authored the bilingual cases, choices, quantities, explanations and guides. General project-management concepts provide background, without copying or adapting published questions, textbook cases, official standards, templates or figures. Declared criteria, schedule assumptions, subsets and exact quantities are checked, with author review of bilingual meanings. This is not independent professional or language review, psychometric validation, PMI or PRINCE2 endorsement.
These sources provide background, not validation of this questionnaire or an individual diagnosis.
