Original practice bank · All explanations and revision guides free
Practise 25 original workplace scenarios with stated rules, every rationale and five full guides. Free, untimed, no signup. No competency band or hiring score.
25 questions · about 15 minutes · no signup
Choose the response that meets the explicit fictional rule and facts in each scenario. Each of 25 items has four options and one matching key; five per section, one correct count per match, no partial credit. Complete every item for the report. There is no timer; fifteen minutes is an editorial estimate. These are original conditional-decision exercises, not an employer SJT, action-rating scale, personality inventory or certification. No real message, account or workplace action is submitted.

All questions and full results are free, with no signup. Saving is optional; only saved attempts can be resumed after a refresh or language change. Tab drafts expire after 24 hours and clear on completion or retake.
Read a fictional workplace decision, compare its options with the supplied conditions, then inspect the rationale. The 25 original scenarios cover priorities and capacity, ownership and handovers, evidence and updates, permission boundaries, and collaboration. All 25 answers and five complete public guides are free. Answer keys were reviewed by the author against the stated conditions, not established by an independent expert panel, employer scoring or behavioural study. A matched count describes this bank only: it does not establish judgement, empathy, integrity, personality, job fit or performance under real pressure. No standardized norms, validated competency bands or cross-language measurement equivalence are claimed.
Every section has a public revision guide. Completing the practice shows every guide and item explanation without assigning a type by score. Public guides contain no personal responses or counts; studying before practice is welcome. This is not a secure exam.
Review priorities, capacity, dependencies and revised commitments through explicit fictional plans. Counts are practice, not a workplace-judgement rating.
Practise named ownership, complete handovers, version history and acceptance-based closure. Five fictional scenarios, with every rationale free.
Review conflicting records, unavailable sources, draft labels and honest next updates. Five original scenarios, without a measured communication rating.
Practise editing versus approval, named access, change agreements and delegated limits in five fictional situations. No employer certification or legal advice.
Review accessible explanations, specific feedback, limited capacity, objections and paired checks with five original fictional scenarios.
Yes. All 25 choices, selected answers, answer keys, rationales and five full guides are free. You need no account, email, payment or certificate purchase. Public guides can be read before an attempt.
No. These are independent fictional exercises with one response selected under explicit conditions. Real instruments can use different behaviours, ratings, role-specific evidence and timing. This is not Civil Service, UCAT or another vendor’s bank, and no score equivalence is established.
No. Counts describe matches to this fixed bank’s conditions. They do not diagnose personality, measure empathy or integrity, predict job performance or supply a hiring threshold. Read which requirement an option missed and try a fresh fictional example.
There is no timer, speed score or population norm. Around fifteen minutes is an editorial estimate, not observed completion data. English and Chinese have complete instructions and rationales but no calibrated measurement equivalence.
You may opt into a browser-tab draft that expires after 24 hours and clears on completion, retake or exit-and-clear. Without a draft, refresh loses progress. You can go back to revise choices. Repeating after reading the keys can reflect memory rather than behavioural change.
Sharing copies only the public test title and link. It excludes choices, correctness counts, scenario answers and private identifiers. The practice asks for no real workplace messages or personal account information.
Five groups of five scenarios contribute to a total out of 25. Matching the authored key adds one; another valid choice adds zero. There is no weighting, reverse scoring, timer or speed bonus. All 25 choices must be valid before any result is shown. Missing responses are not treated as wrong or silently completed. All five complete guides and all rationales appear at zero, partial or perfect counts.
Each scenario supplies fictional priorities, permissions or agreed procedures so that one option meets its conditions. Different real roles, risks or rules can change the appropriate response. This format selects one action; it does not reproduce instruments that ask you to rate every action independently. No test vendor, employer or Civil Service endorses these questions or accepts these counts.
If 45 minutes are available and two sequential tasks need 30 and 25, the total is 55, ten minutes too long. Under a stated rule to protect the first task and ask an owner to reschedule the second, that response fits. Without that rule, arithmetic alone would not tell you whose request should take priority. A correct explanation names both the quantities and the decision condition.
FermatMind independently wrote the scenarios, alternatives, rationales and guides. The author checked every key against the supplied conditions; numeric and queue examples have separate deterministic checks. No independent expert consensus, psychometric validation, observed behaviour or outcome prediction has been established. Primary references explain assessment context only and do not validate this bank.
These sources provide background, not validation of this questionnaire or an individual diagnosis.
