Give the display a shared plan
Explore Ultramarines through give the display a shared plan: an original peaceful model-display scene, five Chapter comparisons, a tradeoff, a small experiment and transparent counts. Complete unofficial fan guide.
Complete all 18 situations. Each explicitly mapped choice adds one raw count to one of six selected Chapters, giving 18 counts in total. Every Chapter appears 12 times, three times in each answer position; absence from an item is not rejection. All highest counts receive complete guides, including all six when all A choices give three counts each. These counts describe this original hobby bank, not match percentages, population norms, military aptitude, game statistics or validated personality differences.
The Ultramarines angle in this edition
Ultramarines is one of the six Chapter names selected for this independent fan edition. The angle here is a clear shared plan for a peaceful model display. It is a limited hobby comparison, not a complete account of the fictional Chapter or a test of obedience. A useful plan lets contributors understand the main pieces, ask questions and revise their own part without surrendering their choices.
Three parts that people can agree to make
The original display has a small base, a few paper structures and an invented route through them. You propose a short sequence for assembling those parts and ask contributors whether it fits what they wanted to make. They can change the order or choose a smaller contribution. The useful feature is coordination for this voluntary display, not a hierarchy that makes one person’s plan unquestionable.
A plan beside five other hobby angles
Imperial Fists gives a lightweight piece a steady base; Iron Hands tests a connection and Salamanders refines a handmade detail. Raven Guard observes the visible layout while White Scars explores a different fictional route. The Ultramarines angle gives those contributions an agreed sequence. They can coexist without ranking discipline, intelligence or loyalty. A tied guide offers several readings, not an official Chapter assignment or a claim about how you should behave outside the hobby.
A clear plan can become too rigid
A plan stops helping when keeping it becomes more important than the display people want to make. Ask which few steps still matter and simplify the rest together. A contributor can change their mind or leave an optional task. Your count cannot establish leadership or ideological agreement with a fictional empire, and a lower count does not imply disloyalty, poor organisation or an inability to finish a project.
Try a short plan that can be edited
For an optional paper display, write down three main tasks and ask willing contributors which sequence they prefer. Change one step if needed, then make only the part everyone wants to try. Afterwards, check whether the plan reduced confusion or merely added coordination work. This is feedback on a small hobby project, not military instruction, a leadership score or advice about choosing an army to buy.

Original fan edition and source limits
FermatMind independently authored this unofficial fan edition: original peaceful model-display situations, mappings, examples and complete readings. Warhammer Community’s public articles identify the six selected Chapter names; they do not validate these hobby angles or this bank. Names belong to their respective rights holders. No franchise art, emblems, rules text, fiction passages or competitor questions and reports are reproduced. This entertainment edition is not a current army-building guide or a measure of combat skill, ideology, genetics, bodily worth, clinical status or real ethnic identity.
