Observe five groups of descriptions over three months: stepping away or delaying, tightening arrangements, maintaining harmony, explaining a position quickly, and saying less. Values summarize agreement with statements, not frequency, a hidden personality or mental health.
The form comes from 20 original FermatMind Mini statements in Chinese, preserving their order and five-group mapping. English is a working translation. Neither form has completed psychometric validation; no reliability, validity, norms, fairness or accuracy findings are available.
The earlier product used the personality-shadow label, while its source explanation limited it to observing responses under pressure. It does not measure a hidden personality, a Jungian archetype, the unconscious or a clinical condition. Stress Response Patterns names what this form actually records before you begin.
Recall specific situations over the past three months. Choose how well each statement fits, from does not fit at all through mostly does not fit, uncertain or depends, mostly fits, to fits very well. This is not a frequency scale and does not require a story that defines your life.
A 3 is a valid numeric response and enters the mean. It is not a skip or evidence of a stable middle level. If you do not want to continue, exit and read the five general guides without guessing answers or disclosing a personal experience.
Each of the five groups contains four statements scored in the original direction, without reversing. Add four values for the raw sum and divide by four for that group’s mean, displayed to four decimals. For example, 1, 2, 3 and 5 total 11 and average 2.7500: an arithmetic summary of agreement.
The values are not occasions of silence, people-pleasing intensity, an amount of control or a probability of harm. Higher means greater agreement with this group’s descriptions. Lower does not prove maturity, kindness or health. Different item responses can produce the same sum and mean.
The original form has no unscored option. All 20 valid responses are required before any personal factor interpretation. Missing or invalid responses and unavailable content do not produce zeros, inferred answers or an old result, and an unfinished form is not interpreted as refusing to face a true self.
You can go back and edit, exit and clear, or read the guides without answering. Leaving creates no psychological or personality conclusion. If a scene does not fit, there is no need to force yourself into an unsuitable description simply to obtain a result.
The five groups concern stepping away or delaying, tightening rules and checks, maintaining harmony, explaining a position quickly, and saying less or holding back. Each has four statements. There is no overall score, ranking, high/middle/low category, dominant personality or combined type.
One event can contain several responses. Equal values are arithmetic equality rather than proof of a shared personality. Distinguish leaving from reduced expression. Explaining background is not automatically an excuse, and checking may be a responsibility. Retain real-world information beyond the statements.
People involved, relationships, power, actual safety, task requirements, privacy, resources and available time may affect responses. The form cannot assign responsibility, infer motives or know another person’s feelings. Reflection can record facts without judging their moral worth.
Violence, threats, coercive control or harassment are not ordinary communication differences to fix by changing a value. The guides do not require continued exchange, confrontation or renewed contact with an unsafe person. Every observation is optional. In immediate danger, prioritize local emergency services or someone you trust.
The website keeps responses and results only in current-page memory, without saving a draft or result or uploading item choices. Reloading, changing language or leaving clears them. No conversation, identity or personal-event detail is requested.
Copying includes only links to five general public guides, without your values or choices, with manual copying if automatic copying is unavailable. No signup, payment or private attempt sharing is needed to read them. Ordinary page analytics follow your cookie choices and are not used to record item responses.
Each complete guide covers scope, differences among statements, arithmetic, a concrete scene, possible functions and costs to check, misunderstandings, an optional factual observation and limits. General guides can be read before answering and contain no one’s record. All five remain available after completion, without selecting one as a personality verdict.
Do not use results for diagnosis, hiring, admission, security access, partner screening or assigning responsibility, or as a substitute for appropriate support. If a later attempt differs, consider context and recall-window changes rather than treating the difference as improvement, deterioration or treatment benefit.
Five complete guides explain the statements, arithmetic, contexts and optional observations for stepping away or delaying, tightening arrangements, maintaining harmony, explaining a position quickly, and saying less. After all 20 valid responses, each four-item group has its own sum and mean; a 3 is valid uncertainty or depends. There is no total or ranking, and agreement does not establish frequency, severity or a hidden personality. Read all full guides first; public pages contain no personal responses or values.
Read the sum and mean of four stepping-back statements, with contexts, an optional factual observation and safety limits. No attachment or hidden-personality verdict.
Distinguish required procedures from added arrangements, read a four-item example and examine follow-up. No verdict on control, compulsions or appropriate access.
Read four statements about agreeing first, postponing a preference and easing tension. Keep atmosphere, actual choices and safety distinct without personality labels.
Understand four explaining-first statements, their arithmetic, background and follow-up. An explanation is not automatically an excuse or a verdict on responsibility.
Read four statements about saying less, holding back expression and essential-only replies. Distinguish feelings from expression without diagnosing shutdown or depression.
It is not a formal Jungian assessment. The earlier product label was personality shadow; the actual form records agreement with five groups of recent behavior descriptions, without revealing a hidden personality, unconscious content or essence.
No. A response of 3 is valid uncertainty or dependence on context. There are no intensity categories, and different item responses can yield the same mean.
No dominant type is selected. The five groups are separate, without ranking, a total or a combined personality for equal values.
The original 20 statements offer five numeric responses. The website preserves that rule and requires all valid responses for interpretation. You can exit, clear and read all guides without a personal record.
No. Values do not establish severity, danger or mental-health status. The unvalidated form does not diagnose personality, attachment or clinical conditions.
A result cannot establish willingness or agreement for anyone. Actual arrangements depend on clear, current, freely expressed choices; a statement does not cancel refusal, changed choices or safety.
Current-page memory only, without saving drafts or results or uploading item choices. Reloading, language change or leaving clears them. Copied public guide links contain no personal choices or values.
All five complete guides are free and can be read before deciding to answer, without signup, payment or disclosing a personal record.
