Original practice bank · All explanations and revision guides free
Practise words, analogies, reading and deduction with 24 original questions. Free explained answers and four complete guides. No IQ or hiring score.
24 questions · about 10 minutes · no signup
Choose one answer for every item using the stated meaning, relation, passage or fictional rule. English and Chinese use separately authored native contexts, not equivalent language forms. Complete all 24 items to see your choices, keys, explanations and four full guides. There is no timer. For unaided practice, save tools and dictionaries until afterwards; prior exposure and assistance change how the count should be read.
Preparing the test…
All questions and full results are free, with no signup. Saving is optional; only saved attempts can be resumed after a refresh or language change. Tab drafts expire after 24 hours and clear on completion or retake.
Work through six original tasks each on words in context, verbal analogies, reading and evidence, and deduction and logical limits. Review every answer and all four complete guides at any count. Selected dictionary facts support the word meanings; original passage facts and explicit fictional premises support other answers. Finite formal checks cover the encoded logic cases, while language meanings remain author-reviewed. This is a fixed practice bank without population norms, IQ conversion, hiring standards or a measure of general verbal ability.
Each matching key counts one and each incorrect choice zero. Four six-item groups add to a count out of 24. No weighting, reverse scoring, time limit or speed bonus applies. All items need valid choices; missing answers are not filled in or silently marked wrong.
A count of 4/6 means four matching answers on six selected tasks in this edition and language. Zero, partial and perfect counts open the same 24 explanations and four full guides. Public guides contain no visitor answers or private count.
English and Chinese word contexts are independently written around related distinctions. Their counts are not calibrated for cross-language comparison. There are no population norms, IQ scores, percentiles, hiring cutoffs, exam conversions or validated ability tiers. Recognition in this fixed bank does not establish general intelligence or job readiness.
Every section has a public revision guide. Completing the practice shows every guide and item explanation without assigning a type by score. Public guides contain no personal responses or counts; studying before practice is welcome. This is not a secure exam.
Review requirements, explicit statements, succession, temporary arrangements, sufficiency and inconsistent claims through original examples.
Practise tool–action, young–adult, part–whole, maker–product, storage–contents and an explicitly ordered increase.
Review summaries, references, proposals, exceptions, survey scope and what an average leaves undetermined.
Practise conditional rules, undetermined conclusions, linked implications, existence, exclusive alternatives and ordering.
No. It reports correct counts for 24 original practice tasks, every explanation and four complete guides. There are no population norms, validated ability tiers, hiring cutoffs or exam-equivalent scores.
Six questions each cover words in context, explicitly specified verbal relations, reading and text evidence, and deduction from fictional premises. The report separates these counts without assigning a personality or general ability type.
No calibrated comparison is established. Contexts and alternatives use separately authored natural wording around related distinctions. Word familiarity and language can affect performance. A count describes only this edition and language.
The author reviewed selected primary dictionary senses, explicit analogy relations and original passage facts. Formal cases enumerate their encoded truth assignments or orders. This does not independently validate the natural-language encoding, provide psychometric validation or certify the test for hiring.
All 24 keys and explanations and four complete guides are free without an account, email or payment. There is no timer. Retake uses the same fixed bank, so improvement after reviewing the answers may reflect memory.
Answers stay in the browser. Optional tab drafts expire after 24 hours and clear on completion, exit-and-clear or retake. Without a draft, refresh loses progress. Sharing copies a public test link without answers, correctness counts or private identifiers.
FermatMind wrote the questions, alternatives, explanations and guides. Selected Merriam-Webster and Taiwan Ministry of Education word senses support authored paraphrases; definitions, examples and competitor item banks are not reproduced. Formal logic references supply background for entailment, not a validation of this test. Finite enumeration checks encoded consequences; natural-language semantics remain author-reviewed rather than independently peer-reviewed. Referenced organisations do not endorse the test.
These sources provide background, not validation of this questionnaire or an individual diagnosis.
