Choose one close relationship from the past four weeks and describe only your own actions. How often did this happen when an opportunity arose? Without a partner, a relevant opportunity or a clear recollection, select not experienced / cannot judge. No names or event details are needed. Do not answer for a partner, test someone else or enter an unsafe interaction to complete the items.

“Wholesome partner” names the topic, not a certificate about anyone. These 32 FermatMind original items reflect on your actions in one close relationship during the past four weeks. Read eight groups separately, without a healthy/toxic label, combined total or relationship-success probability. Every full guide is public before answering.
Eight groups contain four items each. Ratings 1–5 describe frequency when an opportunity arose. Two direct items keep their values and two reverse items use 6 minus the response; each full guide names the corresponding actions. All four valid ratings are needed for a 4–20 sum and 1–5 mean, displayed to one decimal. Any skip withholds only its own group, without zero or midpoint filling. Results follow all 32 selections.
These are original topic groups, not established psychological factors. They are read separately, without a combined total, subtraction, cross-group ranking or highest-mean type. Different responses can produce equal means, and all eight full readings remain available. Values are not population ranks, abilities, honesty ratings, partner worth or safety assessments. There is no healthy/toxic cutoff.
Follow-through concerns agreed actions; expectation negotiation concerns future arrangements. Responsiveness checks the support wanted now; perspective-taking checks an interpretation. Requests concern how help is sought; preference expression supplies information for ordinary choices. Autonomy concerns refusals and shared decisions; repair concerns how a concern or pause is explained. These topics can coexist. No value in one group cancels threats, coercion, stalking or violence.
Read what each of the 8 parts explores. Your complete result presents them together; they are not mutually exclusive personality types. These public guides contain no one’s answers or personal means.
Review capacity before agreeing, updates when plans change, and practical follow-through. Distinguish a missed arrangement from resource limits and a repeated need for chasing.
Look at your responses to declined invitations, personal time and shared arrangements. Distinguish a discussion from sustained pressure; a refusal is not an obstacle to overcome.
Review four actions around listening, suggestions and clear replies. Distinguish good intentions from a response that fits; a quick message is not a measure of care.
Review how you make ordinary requests and leave room to discuss availability. You are not asked to disclose private experiences or demonstrate vulnerability.
Review four ways of communicating in ordinary choices, changes of mind and minor disagreements. Honesty is not compulsory disclosure or a right to have every preference met.
Review summarizing, checking context, minimizing by comparison and assuming shared feelings. This does not test mind reading or require agreement with every viewpoint.
Review expectations about contact, meetings and changing circumstances. Distinguish an explicit agreement from an unspoken rule; no single pace is declared normal.
Review four actions around concerns, pauses and minor disagreements. Distinguish an explained pause from withholding a response to pressure someone; repair is not guaranteed.
No. This is FermatMind original content with 32 items and eight descriptive readings. It does not reuse that bank, scoring, healthy/toxic labels or clinical-validity claims, and claims no authorization or endorsement. The name describes the topic; it does not certify anyone as a good partner.
The groups describe reported actions in different situations, without a basis for combining or ranking them. Close or equal means do not produce a type, and all eight full guides are provided. Keeping an agreement cannot cancel controlling or harmful behavior elsewhere.
Choose not experienced / cannot judge, or read all guides without answering. Any skip withholds only its own group rather than becoming a low or middle score. Do not test someone, disclose private information or enter a relationship to fill the items.
No. Reflect only on your own actions. The questionnaire does not observe the other person or diagnose personality, trauma or ability. Consider safety and trusted support separately where threats, coercion, stalking or violence are involved. A higher mean cannot establish an absence of danger.
Sharing copies only a public title and general guide link, without answers, means or partner information. Optional progress stays in this tab for up to 24 hours and clears on completion, clearing or retake. No names, contact details or relationship narratives are requested.
