Original self-reflection questionnaire · Full results free
Reflect on 24 work-habit statements about agreements, checks, updates and repair. Read all four full guides free, with separate means and no employee reliability grade.
24 questions · about 5 minutes · no signup
Think about ordinary tasks you actually took part in during the past four weeks, whether in paid work, study, volunteering or a shared project. At relevant opportunities, how often did you do what each statement describes? Use Never only when a relevant opportunity existed and you did not do it. With no opportunity, too little information or a choice not to answer, use the unscored option. The questions do not ask you to disclose an incident or prove your character. Changes in workload, resources, authority and safety matter; accepting impossible demands or responsibility outside your control is not required.

This original FermatMind questionnaire asks about ordinary task habits over the past four weeks, in paid work, study, volunteering or a shared project. It keeps four separate readings: commitments, handover checks, accurate updates and attribution, and bounded repair. These are editorial groups, not a validated work-ethic model or a moral grade. The page does not observe conduct, detect deception or predict misconduct. Opportunity, resources, authority and safe communication matter; no result requires impossible promises, unlimited disclosure or responsibility beyond your control. All four complete guides are available before and after answering.
All 24 bilingual statements, four groups and readings were authored for this reflection. O*NET and OPM supply conceptual background only. Their occupational ratings, assessment items and hiring validity are not transferred here. No MWEP, proprietary integrity assessment or competitor item bank is reproduced. The label work ethics is a topic, not a claim to measure a person’s moral worth.
Each group has six 1–5 responses. The third and sixth item within every group reverse as 6 minus the response; the other four keep their values. Add six contributions, divide by six and round to one decimal. All four means remain separate. Reverse coding aligns statement direction and does not detect dishonesty. There is no winner, weakest-link grade, norm, percentile or misconduct risk band.
Use Never when a relevant opportunity occurred and the action did not. Use unscored if there was no opportunity, you cannot judge or you prefer not to answer. One unscored response withholds only its group’s mean; no zero or estimated value is inserted. All 24 unscored choices can finish. The all-six rule and four-week recall are editorial policies without established psychometric validation.
Read what each of the 4 parts explores. Your complete result presents them together; they are not mutually exclusive personality types. These public guides contain no one’s answers or personal means.
Six items ask how you checked, accepted, changed and handed over commitments in the past four weeks. The reading concerns your selected habits, without assigning a reliability grade.
This group concerns agreed completion criteria, details a recipient needs, unresolved errors and actual checks. It does not measure technical competence or demand endless polishing.
Six items concern completed versus ongoing work, contributions, uncertainty, permitted sharing and known limitations. The result does not establish honesty or detect deception.
This group concerns your part in a setback, known impact, a feasible correction and follow-up. Taking responsibility does not mean accepting every blame or fixing what you cannot control.
No. It is an original reflection on selected task habits. Public O*NET and OPM descriptions provide background, not a validated item bank, norms or endorsement. It does not establish honesty or moral character.
It means you selected more of the listed habits after reverse coding. The page does not observe conduct, compare employees or give a probability of keeping the next commitment. The four means are not combined or ranked.
No. They align the coding direction of differently worded statements. The questionnaire has no deception detector or rule for accusing someone based on a score or a skip.
Choose unscored, not Never. Never is for an opportunity where the action did not occur. A skip withholds only that group’s mean while other complete groups and all full guides remain available.
This edition provides no validated basis for hiring, promotion, discipline, a reliability grade or misconduct prediction. A self-report is not evidence that an incident happened. Use appropriate evidence and procedures for consequential decisions.
All 24 statements and four complete readings are free without signup. Optional drafts stay in this tab for up to 24 hours and clear on completion or reset. Sharing copies only the public title and URL, never personal means, responses or workplace events.
A response can reflect workload, unclear requirements, access, authority or the safety of speaking up. A larger mean is not proof of character; a smaller one does not prove laziness or misconduct. Accountability does not require accepting someone else’s blame, unlimited overtime or unsafe disclosure. Use actual evidence and appropriate support for consequential disputes, rather than treating a self-report as a finding.
Every public reading has its own arithmetic example, fictional task example, counterexample and optional action. Choose a small useful clarification or check if you want to; increasing a score is not the objective. The original bilingual edition has no established reliability, norms, predictive validity or measurement equivalence and cannot support hiring, promotion, discipline or an employee reliability decision.
These sources provide background, not validation of this questionnaire or an individual diagnosis.
