Original self-reflection questionnaire · Full results free
Reflect on forty-two recent work behaviors across seven themes. Read separate frequency summaries and seven full guides, without a winning trait or hiring score.
42 questions · about 7 minutes · no signup
Choose one ordinary work, study or volunteer setting from the past four weeks. For each behavior, rate how often it occurred when a relevant opportunity and room to choose existed. Never means an opportunity existed and the behavior did not occur. Use unscored for no relevant opportunity, uncertainty or choosing not to answer. Report what you recall rather than guessing what an employer wants. Do not enter an employer, task, client or personal example. All forty-two prompts need a choice; unscored is valid. More frequent does not prove that an action was appropriate or effective.

Think about one recent work, study or volunteer setting. Explore responses under pressure, initiative, follow-through, contact, consideration, agreements and curiosity. Seven original self-report summaries stay separate, and every full reading is public before answering.
For each theme, add only numeric ratings and count how many were rated. At least five of six numeric ratings are needed for that theme’s mean, rounded to one decimal. For example, 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 = 15; with one unscored item, 15 ÷ 5 = 3.0. With four or fewer numeric ratings, the mean is withheld. There is no imputation, zero for missing, overall sum or cross-group compensation. The arithmetic summarizes ordered labels; it is not an observed event rate or an established equal-interval personality scale.
The display keeps all seven groups in a fixed order. A 3 is Sometimes, not missing. Equal means can arise from different answers, opportunities and tasks. A higher mean only describes more frequent endorsement of the rated behaviors in that group. It does not establish a highest trait, norm percentile, employer fit, leadership potential or superiority over another person. Groups have not been calibrated for comparing their numerical heights.
Complete every prompt with a numeric or unscored choice before the page creates the local record. All forty-two unscored responses still lead to all seven full guides. Every guide is also public before answering and contains the same complete text for everyone. These are seven reading themes, not seven personal types or employer categories.
Read what each of the 7 parts explores. Your complete result presents them together; they are not mutually exclusive personality types. These public guides contain no one’s answers or personal means.

No. This is an original forty-two-item frequency reflection with seven work themes. It is not HPI, HDS, MVPI or the preliminary IPIP-HPI scales, does not provide their scores and is not affiliated with or endorsed by their owners. Follow the instructions of any real assessment rather than trying to optimize these answers.
No. Means summarize different sets of six behaviors that have not been calibrated to a common personality scale. Read each theme’s items, rated count and context separately. There is no winning trait, rank or overall work-personality score.
Choose unscored. Never is for a relevant opportunity where the behavior did not occur. Unscored stays missing and is not replaced with zero or Sometimes. A theme needs five of six numeric ratings for its own mean; every full guide remains open.
No. The behavior’s usefulness depends on the task, permission, timing, others’ needs and resources. A high frequency cannot establish appropriateness or effectiveness, and a low frequency may reflect limited opportunities.
This original form has no established hiring validity, norms or verified performance evidence. It cannot determine job fit, leadership potential or promotion. It is a personal reflection and does not request employer information.
All seven groups show insufficient information for a mean, without a personal trait conclusion. The seven complete readings remain available before and after answering, and you may finish without taking another assessment.
Only the selected options are needed. Answers are calculated locally and stay in memory unless you explicitly choose a tab draft. Saved drafts expire after twenty-four hours and clear on completion, retake or exit-and-clear. Ordinary page analytics are disabled; optional anonymous activity counts require a separate explicit opt-in. Public sharing contains the general title and entry link, without answers or means. No work files, names, private feedback or health information are requested.
The current HPI product description and IPIP materials provide background for distinguishing broad personality ideas from a particular questionnaire. These forty-two prompts, seven groups, response rules and complete readings are original FermatMind content, not copied HPI or IPIP-HPI items. HPI and preliminary IPIP comparison evidence does not validate this form. No reliability, validity, norms or English–Chinese measurement equivalence has been established for this original composition.
You can privately review one situation and ask what your action, available support and task conditions were. The result does not decide hiring, promotion, job suitability or whether a person is trustworthy. It cannot substitute for an organization’s appropriately designed assessment or a professional evaluation. You can stop after reading; no further test, paid report, course or employer disclosure is required.
These sources provide background, not validation of this questionnaire or an individual diagnosis.
