Use an imaginary garden gate to explore sharing a small creative work through a finished glimpse, a process note or an invitation to contribute.
6 questions · about 2 minutes · no signup or prerequisite test
Follow each question’s wording. There are no right answers, and your complete result appears here immediately.
The garden is a metaphor for a harmless creative work you choose to share, not a reading of private boundaries or a test of trust. Sharing is optional, and nobody owes access to a draft.
Choosing whether a viewer first sees a small finished piece, the making process or an open contribution space.
Each option adds its declared points to a portrait. The highest total leads; ties show every leading portrait in the authored order. No result is drawn at random. Points belong only to this quiz, not a psychological scale or population ranking.
Every question, full portrait, example, and small experiment is free. Answers are evaluated in your browser, never sent to a server or put in the URL. Tab-session saving is optional, expires after 24 hours, and is not reused after a quiz-version change. It clears on completion, exit-and-clear, or retake. You can still finish on this page if storage is unavailable.
These are public portrait introductions, not anyone’s personal answers or result. No portrait is superior; different situations may bring out different sides.
Your invitation offers a bounded glimpse of a completed piece. The viewer can enjoy what is there without needing the entire draft, its history or a personal explanation from its maker.
Your gate lets a viewer understand one making decision. The process note shares a selected change, not a demand that a creator expose every abandoned draft or private reason.
Your invitation gives another willing person a place to add something. Participation works through a clear small scope rather than an assumption that everyone wants to help finish the work.
