A description of experience, without a personal label.
A complete original reading of feelings after feedback, with separate choices and explicit uncertainty.
Twelve original statements form three records of four. For each sentence, choose does not describe, partly describes or describes your past four weeks. Cannot judge, no relevant experience and prefer not to answer remain separate. Six category counts in each record add to four, with individual sentences and selected labels retained. A comfortable experience is not reverse-scored against a difficult one. There are no points, total, average, cutoff, strongest trait or personal type. Counts neither measure sensitivity nor establish a stable trait.
A feeling after a comment
These four statements concern personal pain after an ordinary criticism, feeling exposed after disagreement, embarrassment during a public correction and room to let disappointment remain. They ask about your own recalled feelings. They do not establish what the comment meant, whether it was fair or how another person intended it. No quotation, name, workplace or private incident needs to be entered.
Pain does not decide whether a comment is useful
A comment can contain a practical point and still feel painful. It can also be unhelpful without producing a strong reaction. The record cannot evaluate either property. Noticing your feeling is different from agreeing with the comment or rejecting it. A fitting answer is not evidence that you are too sensitive, and a non-fitting answer is not proof of confidence or emotional wellbeing.
Privacy and being seen are different
Feeling exposed does not prove that private information became public or that anyone was watching closely. A public correction and a private disagreement can feel different, even about a similar issue. The questionnaire does not compare them or decide where feedback should happen. It keeps broad descriptions without collecting evidence about an actual exchange or asking you to reconstruct someone else’s reaction.
There is no ideal emotional combination
You may recognise embarrassment and also feel able to let disappointment settle in its own time. Those choices can coexist without cancelling each other. Counts do not show how intense a feeling was, how long it lasted or whether a response was effective. The four sentences are not a test of whether you can take criticism well, and their order does not describe stages of recovery.
No need to invite criticism
Use an existing recollection, choose an uncertainty category or read without answering. There is no task to request harsher feedback, revisit an uncomfortable exchange or ask another person to judge your reaction. You may finish with a private description and make no change. If the reaction is troubling, you can raise that concern without first showing that all four sentences fit or accepting a personality label.

Origin, limits and independent support
- FermatMind authored these statements and three complete readings. They are not NPI, PNI, FFNI, a narcissism scale or a personality-disorder screen. Reliability, validity, norms and language equivalence have not been established. Four weeks is only a recall aid. A clinical evaluation is a different process; these descriptions cannot provide a diagnosis, rule one out or sort people into grandiose and vulnerable categories. The background source concerns that distinction and supplies no items, scoring key or endorsement.
- Support is available for an actual concern without a label, a count or completion. You may discuss distressing reactions with a qualified professional and decide what to share. This activity asks for no disclosure, confrontation, criticism experiment or contact with someone who gave feedback. It cannot judge safety or prescribe treatment. You can leave at any time; immediate danger calls for local emergency help rather than continuing a questionnaire.
