A description of experience, without a personal label.
A complete original reading of feedback and my sense of worth, with separate choices and explicit uncertainty.
Twelve original statements form three records of four. For each sentence, choose does not describe, partly describes or describes your past four weeks. Cannot judge, no relevant experience and prefer not to answer remain separate. Six category counts in each record add to four, with individual sentences and selected labels retained. A comfortable experience is not reverse-scored against a difficult one. There are no points, total, average, cutoff, strongest trait or personal type. Counts neither measure sensitivity nor establish a stable trait.
The comment and a broader self-judgment
This record concerns a comment affecting your worth beyond a task, difficulty separating disagreement from rejection, questioning an unrelated positive view and taking feedback seriously without letting it settle personal value. These are specific recollections. The form does not assess self-esteem, identify a hidden insecurity or establish what you actually believed about yourself outside those moments. A sentence can fit without defining you.
An evaluation has a scope
Feedback about one piece of work and a conclusion about a whole person are different claims. The questionnaire cannot decide whether an actual comment stayed within its scope or whether your interpretation did. It asks what you recall experiencing, not whether you ought to feel differently. You can recognise a broad self-judgment without agreeing that it was accurate or being required to replace it immediately.
Different from spotlight and special treatment
The existing SD4 narcissism reading describes its published seven-item mean, including perceived distinction and showing off. The Difficult Person grandiosity reading concerns four ordinary statements about superiority and special treatment. They offer complete separate explanations for neighbouring questions. Neither numeric method is imported here, and a reaction to feedback cannot be inferred from either score. This record provides no combined four-trait narcissism profile. The existing FSCRS Inadequate Self guide separately explains self-critical responses to setbacks, with nine source items and no fixed recall period. This four-week record about external feedback is not that scale, a short form or a score conversion.
Clear and difficult moments can coexist
You may separate a comment from your value in one situation and find that separation difficult in another. A comfortable sentence is not a reverse key that corrects the others. Similar counts can hide different contexts, and uncertainty supplies no missing positive or negative finding. The result cannot determine whether a view of yourself is more authentic, resilient or vulnerable than another person’s.
You do not need a better self-description to finish
There is no assignment to write positive statements, prove your worth, dispute feedback or tell another person that they affected you. You can simply keep a sentence that helps you describe an experience, or leave every answer unknown. In a separate supportive conversation, you may mention that a comment seemed to spread into a wider self-judgment, without bringing this page or its counts as evidence.
How the record works

Origin, limits and independent support
- FermatMind authored these statements and three complete readings. They are not NPI, PNI, FFNI, a narcissism scale or a personality-disorder screen. Reliability, validity, norms and language equivalence have not been established. Four weeks is only a recall aid. A clinical evaluation is a different process; these descriptions cannot provide a diagnosis, rule one out or sort people into grandiose and vulnerable categories. The background source concerns that distinction and supplies no items, scoring key or endorsement.
- Support is available for an actual concern without a label, a count or completion. You may discuss distressing reactions with a qualified professional and decide what to share. This activity asks for no disclosure, confrontation, criticism experiment or contact with someone who gave feedback. It cannot judge safety or prescribe treatment. You can leave at any time; immediate danger calls for local emergency help rather than continuing a questionnaire.
