Original self-reflection questionnaire · Full results free
Reflect on returning thoughts, discomfort and actions through 18 original prompts. Read three full guides free, with separate summaries and no partner verdict or severity band.
18 questions · about 6 minutes · no signup
Choose one current romantic relationship, or your most recent significant one, and keep that relationship in mind. Recall the past four weeks, or its final four weeks if it ended; this window is editorial. For thoughts and actions choose frequency when there was a relevant opportunity. For the six discomfort prompts choose the strength of discomfort in relevant recalled situations, not its frequency. Use unscored if no relevant experience occurred, you cannot judge or you prefer not to answer. Do not investigate, check private material or reproduce an action to answer. All eighteen recognised choices, including unscored, can finish.

Jealousy research distinguishes thoughts, feelings and behaviour. FermatMind authored this new eighteen-item reflection with those topics as conceptual background. It is not the original Multidimensional Jealousy Scale, a validated 17- or 15-item version or a clinical assessment. Thought and action prompts use frequency anchors; discomfort prompts use intensity anchors. Their descriptive means stay separate, without a total, winner, diagnosis or inference about what a partner feels or does. All three complete guides are free before and after answering.
Thought and action items use frequency from never to very often in relevant opportunities. Discomfort items use intensity from none to very strong. Each group needs six numeric 1–5 responses: add six values, divide by six and display one decimal. For example, 19/6 displays as 3.2. There is no reverse coding, overall jealousy total, largest-group winner or severity band.
No relevant experience, uncertainty or a choice not to answer stays unscored, rather than becoming never or no discomfort. One unscored response withholds only its own group’s mean; other complete groups remain, and all-unscored can finish. Different anchors and uncalibrated prompts mean the three numbers are not ranked or combined. Equal numbers do not establish equal experiences.
The MJS research distinguishes cognitive, emotional and behavioural aspects, but its original 24-item and later 17- or 15-item versions have different banks and scoring. This new eighteen-item reflection copies none of those banks and inherits none of their validation or norms. The four-week recall and six-complete rule are editorial; the form cannot verify infidelity, diagnose jealousy or predict a relationship outcome.
Read what each of the 3 parts explores. Your complete result presents them together; they are not mutually exclusive personality types. These public guides contain no one’s answers or personal means.
Read six original worry-frequency prompts, an exact mean, a delayed-reply example and a private way to keep uncertainty explicit.
Understand six original discomfort prompts, a separate intensity mean, a social-event example and the limits of comparing feelings with frequency.
Read six original action-frequency prompts, an exact example and the difference between a voluntary request, checking and a demand.
No. All eighteen prompts and three full readings are original FermatMind content. Research provides conceptual background only; this is not the 24-, 17- or 15-item MJS, a validated short form or a clinical assessment.
Thought and action prompts ask frequency; discomfort prompts ask intensity in relevant recalled situations. The different anchors are explicit, and the three means are never ranked or summed.
No. These are your recollections, without observation, fact checking or access to another person’s intentions. A score cannot confirm or dismiss a concrete incident and never authorises checking private material.
Choose unscored. Never means an opportunity occurred but the described thought or action did not; no discomfort means a relevant situation was recalled without discomfort. Missing experience is not filled with either value.
Neither. The form has no love score, clinical bands, personality assignment or relationship prediction. Thoughts, feelings and actions remain separate descriptions without a moral ranking.
All eighteen prompts and three complete guides are free without signup, including an entirely unscored attempt. Optional tab drafts clear on completion; sharing uses a public link only.
The page processes selected options locally. Only opt-in tab drafts restore progress after a refresh or language switch; they expire after twenty-four hours and clear on completion, reset or exit-and-clear. Copying shares a public title and URL, not answers or means. A result never requires disclosure, contact, checking, reassurance or remaining in an unsafe relationship.
