Original self-reflection questionnaire · Full results free
Reflect on escalation, pauses, returning to an issue and repair through twenty original prompts. Four full guides are free, with separate means and no assigned fight type.
20 questions · about 6 minutes · no signup
Choose one current romantic relationship or your most recent significant one. Recall ordinary disagreements during the past four weeks, or its final four weeks if it ended; this window is editorial. Keep the same relationship in mind. Rate how often each described action occurred on relevant occasions, from 1 to 5. If there was no relevant opportunity, you cannot judge or prefer not to answer, choose unscored. All twenty recognised choices, including unscored, can finish. Each five-item group needs five numeric answers for its separate mean. No total, best group or fight type is assigned. You do not need to contact anyone, re-enter an unsafe discussion, apologise or forgive.

This original FermatMind reflection groups your self-reports into four editorial observation areas: verbal escalation, expressing a pause, returning to a specific issue, and offering and checking repair. They are not established independent factors, a required sequence or a validated conflict-recovery scale. Research distinguishes recovery after conflict from resolution of the issue; it does not validate this new item set. The four means cannot determine relationship quality, another person’s motives or a future breakup. Read every guide free before or after answering.
Each original group has five forward-scored 1–5 frequency items. Add five numeric ratings and divide by five; 17/5 is 3.4, displayed to one decimal. No total or dominant fight type is calculated. A repair mean never offsets an escalation mean.
One unscored response withholds only its group’s mean; no relevant opportunity is not a numeric never. Other complete groups remain, and all-unscored can finish. Equal or close means have no established balance or difference interpretation and do not rank these unlike prompts.
Recovery after a disagreement is different from resolving the issue. Published observational work is background, not validation of this self-report. The twenty items, four-week recall and completeness rule are FermatMind editorial choices, without established reliability, norms or language equivalence. The separate five-strategy conflict form has a different purpose and cannot be converted to these means.
Read what each of the 4 parts explores. Your complete result presents them together; they are not mutually exclusive personality types. These public guides contain no one’s answers or personal means.
Read five original frequency prompts about pace, generalisations, repeated points, countercriticism and interruptions, with an exact example and a voluntary next step.
Read five original prompts about requesting space, realistic availability and voluntary readiness, without treating silence or refusal as a defect.
Read an original five-item reflection on revisiting an unresolved issue, checking willingness, describing events and separating feelings from practical decisions.
Read five original prompts about acknowledging an action, listening without demanding forgiveness, proposing a small change and checking whether it is welcome.
No single style is assigned. Four editorial observation areas have separate descriptive means, without a total, winner, ranking or validated type. All four complete readings are available.
No. That questionnaire concerns approaches to competing concerns and solutions. This original twenty-item form concerns reported actions around ordinary disagreements. Their different items and purposes do not support score conversion.
No. Every group remains separate. A later offer never cancels an earlier harmful act or proves that it was accepted, effective or sufficient.
Choose unscored for no relevant opportunity, uncertainty or a choice not to answer. A group needs five numeric responses; all twenty unscored can finish and every guide stays available. You may also stop.
No. This new self-report has no established relationship-outcome prediction, norms or language equivalence. It does not observe a partner, determine who is right or diagnose either person.
No. All questions and four full guides are free without signup. Draft saving is optional and completion clears it; copying uses only the public title and URL. No conversation, apology, forgiveness or contact is required.
Answers are processed in the page. An opt-in tab draft lasts at most twenty-four hours and clears on completion, reset or exit-and-clear. Sharing includes only a public title and URL. No result requires disclosure, contact, forgiveness, reconciliation or remaining in an unsafe situation.
