Original self-reflection questionnaire · Full results free
Reflect on space, mental fairness tallies, delayed talks and extra giving with 16 original prompts and four full guides. Your own side, without a label.
16 questions · about 4 minutes · no signup
Keep one adult close person in mind, without naming them, and answer about your own side over the past three months. Rate how often each ordinary moment occurred, from never to almost always. Three means sometimes; choose unscored if unsure, without a suitable experience or unwilling to answer. All sixteen prompts need a response, and each part needs at least three numeric ratings for a raw mean. Four separate bars and full guides appear, without a total, rank or assigned type. You may stop or read every guide without answering.

This original reflection looks at ordinary habits in a close relationship: wanting space, mentally tracking balance, postponing a wanted conversation and giving beyond your available capacity. It records four separate self-reported frequencies, with a possible useful side, a cost and concrete examples in each guide. It does not assess another person, establish objective fairness or classify a relationship as safe or unsafe. All four full guides are free.
Sixteen original prompts form four equal parts of four. Choose 1 never, 2 rarely, 3 sometimes, 4 often or 5 almost always; unsure, unsuitable or declined experiences stay unscored. After all sixteen responses, a part needs at least three numeric ratings. Its raw sum is divided by its rated items and displayed to one decimal. With fewer ratings it shows insufficient information. A bar locates the mean within 1–5; it is not a percentage or severity score.
All four parts can be high, low or equal. They are not competing shares and need not add to one hundred. No overall red-flag score, rank, personality label or partner judgement is generated. A useful possibility and a cost are examples to consider, not outcomes established by a number. The same mean can arise from different item patterns, so read the actual moments and keep context in view.
This reflection asks about space, a mental fairness tally, postponing talks and giving beyond capacity. The separate Conflict and Boundary Behaviors test asks about pressure in disagreements, responding to no or pauses, deflecting impact and repair follow-through. Its original 24-item identity is preserved. Neither result is converted into the other, and these four frequencies do not measure an attachment style, actual fairness or whether a relationship should continue.
Read what each of the 4 parts explores. Your complete result presents them together; they are not mutually exclusive personality types. These public guides contain no one’s answers or personal means.

It uses the casual self-reflection sense of noticing your own habits. Sixteen original prompts describe four ordinary patterns, with full readings of possible useful sides and costs. It does not diagnose, label a person, assess abuse or decide whether a partner is safe.
No. It only records more frequent endorsement of that set of moments in your chosen recent context. It does not establish motives, harm, kindness, objective fairness or another person’s experience. All four complete guides remain available.
The four means remain separate, without a winner, a combined score or an assigned type. Equal answers are valid. Bars describe raw frequency rather than shares of one total, so they do not need to add to one hundred.
Yes. Choose unscored when no experience fits, you are unsure or you prefer not to answer. Each part needs three numeric ratings out of four for a mean. Fewer ratings show insufficient information, while its full general guide stays open.
Optional progress stays in this browser tab for up to 24 hours and clears on completion, clearing or retake. Sharing copies only the public title and entry link. Answers and frequencies do not enter URLs, public shares or ordinary analytics.
