A free Toxic Trait Test reflection: 20 accuracy items and five full guides to interaction habits. No overall toxicity percentage or personality labels.
20 questions · about 5 minutes · no signup
Refer to ordinary interactions with room to choose over the past three months. Rate how accurately each sentence describes your own practice, without answering for someone else. Ratings run from 1 Very inaccurate to 5 Very accurate. Three means uncertain or conditional and counts numerically, not as a stable neutral frequency. Choose the separate NA for no relevant situation, insufficient information or preferring not to answer. All twenty selections finish the attempt; each part needs all four numeric ratings for a descriptive mean. There is no overall toxicity score, personality label or ranking. All five full guides remain free to read.

Did you check before passing on an account? When a friend shared news, did the topic shift into who did better or had it harder? In a disagreement, requested changes, explanations and relevant history can be considered separately. This edition organises twenty accuracy items around five specific practices, with full guides and optional wording rather than a verdict that someone is toxic or non-toxic. Sixteen items are new; four Chinese items come from an owned pressure-response preview with new English translations. This is not a standard toxicity scale or the whole mini-program product. Each four-item part needs all ratings for its own mean; missing information stays explicit and all text stays free. Read any guide first, without supplying names, conversations or others’ experiences or taking another assessment.
All twenty items offer 1 Very inaccurate, 2 Somewhat inaccurate, 3 Uncertain or depends on the situation, 4 Somewhat accurate, 5 Very accurate, or a separate NA. Five parts contain four directly keyed items each, with zero reversals. A part needs all four numeric ratings: its raw sum of 4–20 divided by four gives a two-decimal descriptive mean and a rated count, never reconstructed from a one-decimal mean. Three is numerically valid without becoming stable neutrality, frequency or intensity. NA is not zero, three or an estimate from the remaining items. Missing information in one part does not erase another. All twenty selections finish the attempt, and all five full guides remain readable. There is no highest type, overall sum or mean, percentage, percentile or saintly-to-severe band. Averaging ordered categories is a display convention, not established interval precision, magnitude of harm or significant change.
Rate how accurately the statements describe your practices over three months, not frequency or intensity. Three is numerically valid uncertainty or conditionality. NA is separate missing information and cannot reveal a personal state.
Each full guide covers its definition, ratings, an example, optional wording, comparisons, counterexamples and a review, with complete scoring and scope. All remain present after completion without a highest type or combined score.
Read what each of the 5 parts explores. Your complete result presents them together; they are not mutually exclusive personality types. These public guides contain no one’s answers or personal means.
Reflect on passing on unverified accounts, checking what may be shared and updating listeners after an error. A score proves neither motive, truth nor actual harm.
Reflect on introducing bigger, harder or winning-and-losing frames after someone shares progress or difficulty, without judging self-esteem, envy, achievement or personality.
Reflect on objections conveyed through tone, hints and expected guesses in ordinary arrangements, without classifying silence, cultural expression or safety boundaries as toxic.
Using four Chinese items from an owned preview, reflect on response order after criticism, questions, omissions and misunderstandings. Explanation may be legitimate; items do not establish ignored impact.
Reflect on bringing settled, unrelated or deferred disputes into a new issue. This does not require forgetting history or decide that an event is resolved.
No. It reflects five specific practices without judging morality, motives, actual harm, risk or diagnosis. Do not answer on another person’s behalf.
No. Each four-item part needs all ratings for its own mean. There is no total, percentage, ranking or type; all five full guides are free.
Three is a numerically valid uncertain or conditional rating. NA means no relevant situation, insufficient information or preferring not to answer; it is not zero or neutral and affects only that part.
No. Sixteen new items and four Chinese preview items with new English translations form a new questionnaire, without local norms, psychometric validation or language equivalence. It is not a whole mini-program migration.
