Think about relevant occasions in the last two weeks. Rate how often each action occurred: 1 Never to 5 Almost always. Use the unavailable option when there was no relevant opportunity, you cannot judge or prefer not to answer. Choose a response for all 28 items; unavailable answers do not count as zero. This is an untimed symbolic self-reflection, not an energy, medical or religious assessment.

This edition uses seven familiar chakra names as symbols for everyday reflection. It asks what you did in relevant situations during the last two weeks, not where energy moves in your body. Root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown each have four original items and a complete guide. The associations are this website’s contemporary editorial choices, not a traditional questionnaire or a validated psychological scale. “Balance” means looking across different areas of daily life; there is no overall balance score or ideal equal profile.
Answers 1–5 use their stated values, except the fourth item in each theme uses 6 − answer. Unavailable responses are excluded. A theme needs at least three ratings for a mean, rounded to one decimal; this is a website completeness rule, not a scientific cutoff. For responses 2, 4, 5, 2, the keyed values are 2, 4, 5, 4: sum 15, mean 3.75, displayed as 3.8 / 5.
Every theme’s complete guide is shown, including when information is insufficient. The keyed mean only describes these original statements; higher is not a better person or a more open chakra. No total, dominant chakra, blocked/balanced/overactive category, norm, energy percentage or health conclusion is produced.
The themes concern different actions and opportunities. Similar means do not prove balance, and a one-point gap does not establish a meaningful deficit. Read actual situations, unavailable items and the examples in each guide. The public explanations contain no visitor’s answers or means.
Read what each of the 7 parts explores. Your complete result presents them together; they are not mutually exclusive personality types. These public guides contain no one’s answers or personal means.
Read daily steadiness through the root symbol: basic routines, changed plans and surroundings. The mean describes four self-reports, not physical security, grounding energy or health.
Explore enjoyment, experimentation and noticing preferences through the sacral symbol. Read the four-item mean alongside real opportunities, without a creativity or bodily-energy score.
Read self-chosen actions, realistic commitments and waiting for others through the solar-plexus symbol. This is no leadership, confidence or success-potential assessment.
Explore offering support with consent, asking for help and keeping your own needs visible. The heart-symbol reflection does not score love, empathy or relationship health.
Read ordinary preferences, clarification and message checking through the throat symbol. Context and safety matter; silence and a low mean are not communication defects or physical blockages.
Explore alternative explanations, mismatched details and the line between observation and inference. The third-eye reflection does not assess intuition, intelligence or spiritual perception.
Read links between ordinary actions, reflection and personal priorities through the crown symbol. The mean does not measure faith, enlightenment, life worth or psychological health.
No. The answers describe reported everyday actions. They cannot detect physical energy, blockages, illness or a need for treatment. Symptoms or distress require an appropriate real-world assessment rather than an interpretation of these means.
There are no high/low types or tie-breaking rules. All seven themes stay separate. Fewer than three rated items in a theme gives an explicit insufficient-information state, not a zero. Equal means are not evidence of an ideal balance.
Yes, with no account, email or purchase required. Every guide is public before and after answering. Your full result shows all seven groups directly; nothing is held back for a premium energy report.
Answers stay in the browser. Optional tab drafts expire after 24 hours and clear on completion, exit-and-clear or retake. Without a saved draft, refresh loses the attempt. Copying a result shares the public test link and a general label, without answers, sums or means.
The cited health-provider overview describes the names and belief/metaphor context; it does not validate this questionnaire, its translations or calculations. None of its images, exercises or treatment recommendations are reproduced. Traditions differ; these seven everyday themes do not claim to define all chakra traditions.
These sources provide background, not validation of this questionnaire or an individual diagnosis.
