A symbol for choices that are actually yours.
Read self-chosen actions, realistic commitments and waiting for others through the solar-plexus symbol. This is no leadership, confidence or success-potential assessment.
Four original action reports belong to this theme. The fourth is reversed with 6 − response. At least three rated items are needed for a mean; unavailable responses are excluded. This is not an energy measurement.
Agency at a manageable scale
The four items concern naming a next step, doing something without controlling its whole outcome, reviewing a commitment and waiting for someone else on a free choice. The solar-plexus name supplies a symbol, not a location where decision power is physically measured.
What a higher or lower mean can mean here
A higher keyed mean describes more reported action within these prompts. It is not stronger willpower, leadership or a guarantee of good decisions. A lower mean can reflect needing information or having fewer genuine choices. A mixed mean may combine readiness to start with sensible hesitation about an unrealistic commitment.
A step without control of the finish
You might decide to draft one question for a meeting without controlling the meeting’s outcome. That is a small action, not proof of confidence. Waiting for a safety check or a decision outside your authority can be appropriate; the item about waiting refers only to choices you were free to make.
Do not rate a choice you did not have
Use the unavailable option when there was no relevant free choice, you cannot judge or you prefer not to answer. With fewer than three rated items, no mean is provided. That is a limit of this short self-report, not an indication of helplessness or a blocked chakra.
Name the boundary around one next step
Choose a low-stakes action you can reasonably influence. Write what you can do, what depends on someone else and where you will stop for now. Completing the first part can be enough. Do not use a chakra result to take an unsafe risk, accept extra obligations or overrule professional advice.
Action is not the same as expression
Throat items concern communicating a preference or checking a message. Solar-plexus items concern choosing and acting. You may act decisively while finding a preference hard to say, or speak clearly while deliberately waiting to act. Neither pattern establishes a fixed personality, ambition level or future success.
