A symbol for care that can move in both directions.
Explore offering support with consent, asking for help and keeping your own needs visible. The heart-symbol reflection does not score love, empathy or relationship health.
Four original action reports belong to this theme. The fourth is reversed with 6 − response. At least three rated items are needed for a mean; unavailable responses are excluded. This is not an energy measurement.
Care, requests and receiving
This edition asks about checking whether support is wanted, describing useful help, keeping room for your own needs and reflexively refusing welcome assistance. It borrows the heart symbol for reciprocity. It does not test the heart as an organ, attachment style or how much anyone loves another person.
More is not automatically better
A higher keyed mean means these particular reciprocal actions were more often reported. A lower mean may reflect few opportunities, an unreliable environment or a preference for different forms of support. A middle mean can mix generous offering with difficulty receiving. Look at the combination before drawing an explanation from the mean.
An offer with an actual choice
Imagine asking whether someone wants a short call or help with a small errand, then accepting a no. Receiving can be equally small: allowing someone to bring a meal you would welcome. Neither example obliges either person to disclose private feelings or remain available without limits.
When support was not available to rate
Some weeks offer little contact, or no relationship in which a request feels appropriate. That can make several items unrateable. Below three ratings, the guide stays general and no mean is shown. An unavailable response is not a zero for caring, and a low mean is not evidence that a relationship is unsafe.
Make one small request or offer
If a suitable relationship exists, ask for or offer one specific, bounded thing and leave a comfortable way to decline. Afterwards notice whether the choice felt voluntary for both people. Skip the exercise if the circumstances do not support it; there is no need to earn a better score by being more available.
Expression and care overlap without merging
Throat items ask whether a message was expressed and understood. Heart items ask about the exchange of care and room for each person’s needs. The means can differ. Neither is an empathy assessment, compatibility score, diagnosis or instruction to repair a relationship through energy practices.
