A symbol for noticing why an ordinary day matters to you.
Read links between ordinary actions, reflection and personal priorities through the crown symbol. The mean does not measure faith, enlightenment, life worth or psychological health.
Four original action reports belong to this theme. The fourth is reversed with 6 − response. At least three rated items are needed for a mean; unavailable responses are excluded. This is not an energy measurement.
Personal meaning without a required belief
These items ask about noticing a link with something you care about, allowing reflection or appreciation, reconsidering a repeated activity and difficulty naming such links at day’s end. The crown name is a symbol in this edition. You do not need a spiritual identity, religious belief or a single life purpose to answer.
Higher and lower accounts are not life verdicts
A higher keyed mean indicates more reported moments of connection in these prompts, not greater enlightenment. A lower mean can reflect routine, tiredness, an unsettled period or items that do not fit. A middle mean may combine meaningful commitments with days that feel merely necessary; it is not proof that half your life lacks purpose.
A small link can count
Completing an ordinary errand might connect with being dependable, while a few minutes looking at the sky might connect with curiosity. You decide whether the link feels real. Neither needs to become a grand explanation of your life, and some days can remain ordinary without a lesson attached.
Not knowing is allowed
Use unavailable if the items do not fit, you cannot judge or you prefer not to answer. Fewer than three ratings mean no personal mean. Difficulty naming a value in a questionnaire is not a diagnosis or evidence that your life has less worth. The full public guide stays available without requiring disclosure.
Look for one modest connection
If you want, choose one thing you did today and ask what, if anything, it served that matters to you. “It was simply necessary” is an acceptable answer. You might keep the activity, change its scale or leave the question open. The exercise promises no revelation, mood change or health effect.
Meaning does not outrank other themes
Root items concern ordinary supports; crown items concern perceived connections with what matters. Neither is a higher stage of a ladder. A low or unavailable mean is not spiritual failure, and all seven guides are offered together without a total, an ideal equal profile or a recommended belief system.
