Install hard tile, stone or similar units on building surfaces according to drawings, measuring and positioning, checking material quantities, handling layout and joints, and finishing and handing over. The US 47-2044 scope includes walls, floors, ceilings, countertops and some roofing; the actual materials, processes and authority of Chinese jobs must be confirmed separately.
You can first observe whether you are willing to check dimensions, positions, colours and material records thoroughly and to recalculate when the layout changes. Interest also needs to be judged together with fine handwork, physical load and real site conditions.
If you are not comfortable with dust, kneeling, squatting and bending, lifting or continuous work, first learn about the target task and the training arrangements. Drawing on paper does not test site fitness; cutting, adhesive work, demolition and work at height must have the corresponding training and authority.
O*NET47-2044.00 is now titled Tile and Stone Setters, covering the installation of hard tile, stone and similar materials on building surfaces. The current slug and Chinese name are the locally frozen identity, and no single Chinese qualification certificate is inferred from the translated name.
Work inputs are drawings, surface dimensions, material specifications and site conditions. When a version or dimension conflict arises, first point out the specific location and units; missing joint width, substrate or detail requirements cannot be treated as approved conditions on your own.
Stonemasons 47-2022 focus on stone walls, piers and other masonry; this occupation installs hard facing material, and sharing the stone material does not mean the structural responsibility or training is the same.
Editorial use: use a text tool to draft a material checking column or a version difference list, then compare each item against the given dimensions and the original drawing. There is no accuracy or time-saving experiment for this occupation on which to promise benefits.
Keep information organization separate from on-site construction. A generated grid, table or text summary involves information only and cannot observe the substrate, confirm bonding or complete a real installation.
Insufficient evidence: the national wage distribution for Chinese mainland tile and stone setters was not obtained. The 2025 pre-tax annual average of 80,739 yuan for production and manufacturing and related personnel in above-scale enterprises is a task-related broad reference covering construction and other personnel; it is not a separate median, percentile, starting wage or personal range for this occupation.
When editorially comparing jobs, list the region, material and location, contracting party, hourly or piece rates, training pay, overtime costs and payment milestones item by item. Unconfirmed amounts and conditions are not filled with zero.
The 2025 US national annual median wage for 47-2044 is 55,690 US dollars, and O*NET also lists 26.77 US dollars per hour. The CareerOneStop national table cites BLS OEWS May2025, and the BLS precise occupational wage also supports the annual median; this is not a personal income guarantee.
First observe whether you are willing to examine the dimensions and layout of hard facing material in detail and to re-check records repeatedly rather than only admiring the finished look. A willingness to practise is a signal, but the real handwork and working environment still need to be understood.
After memorizing the rules you still have to check the new version: in M1 the left column is blue and the rest white; M2 changes two additional cells to blue. Point out the coordinates and recompute, and do not skip the change because you know the initial drawing.
Check whether the materials involve cutting, grinding and silica dust, and confirm the exposure control, training and protection arrangements with the site supervisor. OSHA is US background only and provides no operating or protective selection tutorial for readers.
Insufficient evidence: the earlier search on 2026-10-01 of China State Construction and Shanghai government official domains for tile inlay recruitment wages produced no complete sample matching the tasks, amounts and pay conditions, and this round did not re-check recruitment; campus recruitment or engineering management is not filled in.

US 47-2044 shows 9.8% growth over 2025—2035 with about 3300 annual openings including growth and replacements; a group projection is not annual net growth or your probability of being hired.
The new-build and renovation background comes from the merged BLS OOH, while the precise projection still uses the 47-2044 table. Regions, projects and material conditions differ, so no equivalent change in China or independent AI causality is inferred.
Install and finish hard facing material and joints to the drawing, checking dimensions, materials and layout; the actual locations and confirmation authority follow the project's division of labor.
Masonry, resilient sheet and tile flooring and support tasks have different objects and outputs; experience on the same site does not mean the training and responsibility are interchangeable.
You can do the fictitious M1 strip grid, the M2 two-cell colour change and the M3 no-construction handover with paper and pen or a form; do not buy tools or pass it off as operating experience.
The US typical measure is no formal educational credential but long-term OJT; Chinese grades, local site entry and special tasks are checked separately, and the Beijing 2022 guideline is only a local example.
Hard tile setting, stone masonry, resilient flooring and carpet may all appear in construction, but the materials and finished products differ. Do not choose training on the strength of the single label fitter.
First do the M1 wall model on this page: draw 6 rows and 4 columns using 600×300 mm tiles; M2 changes the colour of two cells; M3 writes the stock and the no-construction handover. All data is fictitious and paper and pen or a form is enough.
How is it worth trying tile and stone setting first?
Use dimension and version records to test your interest: unify metres and millimetres, locate the rows and columns, calculate how many units each colour needs, then state the shortfall and unknown conditions. A willingness to correct errors supports learning more about the job but does not directly prove construction ability.
This is only an editorial experience for career exploration and cannot replace tool training, project permits, safety procedures, project acceptance or a health evaluation.
Behaviour worth observing further: a willingness to re-check cell by cell rather than only looking at the effect, keeping both the old and new drawings, and writing area, quantity, stock and shortfall separately. Unclear substrate or material conditions are clearly left as questions.
If you frequently ignore dimension units, treat different batches as the same material, or delete unconfirmed items to finish quickly, go back to checking and training first. A personality label or a pretty pattern cannot be used to infer suitability.
Check the colour and quantity change between M1 and M2, then see whether someone else could recompute M3. Record what you have done and the real tasks you have not yet encountered, and do not write a correct model as independent construction competence.
First use the drawings and surface information to understand the layout and material requirements, then confirm the real process basis. The M1 model extracts only geometry and colour checking; cutting, waste and material suitability in actual construction are not determined by the model.
The main deliverables are installed and finished hard facing material, layout and joints, and the related material and change records. O*NET also lists marble, granite and precast terrazzo tasks; appearance does not mean the whole project is acceptable.
Measuring, marking and checking the layout with a level, square and straightedge are the task baseline. Readers can check rows and columns on paper; actual tool use, material processing and on-site positioning require training and the corresponding authority.
Setters communicate materials, drawings and progress with clients, site supervisors, suppliers and other trades. The clarifier, the executor and the acceptor follow the real project's division of labor, and the occupational title does not confer design or acceptance rights.
The latest BLS precise occupational preparation measure is no formal educational credential, no related work experience and long-term on-the-job training. It describes the typical US entry route and cannot support a conclusion that no training is needed in China or that seven days is enough to build.
The handover should state the drawing version, materials, whether work was carried out and the items to confirm. When cracking, replacement, substrate or interface problems arise, feed them back along the chain of responsibility, and the recorder does not declare acceptance on their own.
The following are two editorially defined internal task lines: tile facing layout and joints, and stone specifications and installation and finishing. A job need not cover all materials and locations; expanding tasks requires re-checking the training.
Tile facing task line
Read the approved drawing → check dimensions and materials → confirm training and authority → check the layout and position → carry out the setting → re-check and hand over
The tile surface laid out as required, the joints and the records
Stone facing task line
Read the specification and location → check the dimension basis → confirm training and authority → check the material and interface → carry out the installation → finish and hand over
The stone installation surface, interfaces and the records to be confirmed
Shared basic work
Drawing and dimension reading · quantity checking · material identification · handwork training · collaboration feedback · record traceability
How do the two hard facing task lines differ?
Both require measurement and layout, but the material characteristics, locations and installation bases differ. The comparison below is an editorial comparison by object, output and responsibility and provides no construction formula or guarantee that the techniques are interchangeable.
Work objective
Form a tile surface and joints that match the drawing.
Complete the stone installation and surface finishing at the specified location.
Material basis
Tile specification and colour, drawings, surface dimensions and substrate requirements.
Stone type and specification, installation location and the fixing or bonding basis.
Execution process
Check the positioning and layout and set within the approved conditions and training.
Check the specifications and interfaces and process, install and finish within the corresponding training.
Delivery records
Layout and joints, material quantities, drawing changes.
Stone surfaces and installation records, interfaces and open issues.
Who confirms
The executor records; design, substrate and acceptance each follow the project's division of labor.
The executor hands over; fixing design, structure and acceptance are confirmed by the corresponding personnel.
Collaboration interfaces
Check the client's drawings and clarify the substrate and terminations with other trades.
Check the supply specifications and clarify the installation location and details with on-site staff.
Cannot substitute for
Producing a good layout does not confirm that the substrate, waterproofing or bonding is acceptable.
Stone installation experience does not equal structural design, lifting or work-at-height authority.
Checking questions in the work
Judgments must return to the same location, drawing version and material basis. The paper experience does not include real construction conditions, and its total unit count cannot be used directly for purchasing or construction.
Do the dimension units and drawing version both belong to the current location?
Do the specification, colour and batch in the records match the current drawing?
Which quantities are based on simplified assumptions and which have been confirmed on site?
Have the quantities been re-checked after a position or colour change?
Mark the changed rows and columns and keep both versions, explaining which quantities changed. The model area does not include cutting waste, joint width or the on-site substrate, and the calculation table is not a material approval sheet.
Have the tools, dust and physical load arrangements for the real task been confirmed?
Check material exposure, site controls, training and authorization separately and pass questions to the appropriate responsible person. This page does not instruct cutting, adhesive mixing, demolition, heavy lifting or climbing.
Which locations, materials and quality statuses still need confirmation at handover?
Prepare | location and drawing | note the position, dimension units, drawing version and existing basis, and clarify missing items first.
Prepare | materials and list | check the specification, colour, batch and quantity, and record budget assumptions separately from approved materials.
Position | dimensions and layout | check the positioning and drawing within the corresponding training, and point out the row, column or site location of any conflict.
Execute | setting and finishing | actual work follows material and tool training and project approved conditions, and no method is derived from the model.
Re-check | surface and interfaces | check the layout, joints and problem records, with quality judgments following the specific project requirements.
Hand over | version and missing items | state the completed scope, drawing changes and items to check, without expanding acceptance responsibility.
Section heading | where tile and stone setters work
The US O*NET context involves handwork, accuracy, kneeling, squatting and bending and repetitive motions, and also notes that noise and contaminants need to be understood. Its group survey cannot describe the exposure level of every Chinese site or an individual's health status.
Sites and division of labor | residential and commercial new-build or renovation projects are organized by material and trade, and locations may be walls, floors, countertops and similar. Check the project size, employment relationship and the processes actually undertaken, and do not assume all jobs are the same.
Objects and tools | drawings, measuring tools, hard tile and stone and material records form the task background; O*NET lists CAD, estimating, spreadsheet and office software, which does not mean any particular software or AI tool is mandatory across the occupation.
The pace is set by the drawings, materials and process sequencing. Dimension or material changes must be explained promptly, and real construction steps cannot be arranged from the paper grid alone.
Time and load | first check kneeling, squatting and bending, lifting and rest. The merged BLS page notes that commercial sites may work evenings and weekends, which is not evidence that all jobs in this occupation work shifts.
Communication requires clear locations, units, versions and open items. Mark estimates, measurements, assumptions and others' confirmations separately so the next step does not mistake a draft for approved information.
Division of responsibility | on-site execution, safety management, substrate confirmation and project acceptance are set by the actual project. Chinese site entry and special tasks are checked against local task rules; OSHA serves only as US risk background.
Record quality | dimensions and materials match the drawing, version changes are traceable and missing items are not hidden. The model work sample only shows the calculation and recording process and does not prove cutting or project acceptance ability.

The O*NET47-2044 task, work context and interest profile
BLS precise 2025 wages and 2025—2035 employment; the merged industry background is listed separately
OSHA construction silica dust background, US general material only, not a site measurement conclusion
National Bureau of Statistics 2025 annual average construction unit wages, not a setter occupational distribution
The Beijing 2022 site skilled worker guideline is a local example, and your own current applicability is checked separately
47-2042 works with resilient sheet and tile flooring and explicitly excludes hard tile, carpet and wood flooring; the materials and processes differ and require the corresponding training.
47-3011 is the merged brickmason and tile setter helper role, and helping with materials, tools and clean-up is not proof of independent setting ability.
47-2161 plastering and stucco form continuous surfaces, whereas this occupation installs hard facing material; belonging to the same fit-out field does not make them directly interchangeable.
Tile facing direction
Check the dimensions, drawings and materials to form the setting surface and joints, keeping the change records.
A task within this occupation; it does not mean every process has been trained.
Willing to re-check the layout and quantities, then learn about the handwork and site conditions.
Stone facing direction
Install and finish to the stone specification and location, checking interfaces and records.
Still within 47-2044; the specific material and location training is checked separately.
Attentive to stone characteristics, specifications and installation conditions.
Stone masonry structures
The output shifts to masonry walls and piers, requiring the corresponding masonry and responsibility training.
If you prefer masonry output, first check the actual target job and the trade requirements.
Resilient flooring
Moving to sheet and tile flexible materials requires additional process interface and material training.
Check the flooring type first; hard tile experience does not guarantee proficiency.
Brickmason and tile setter helpers
Assisting with materials, tools and clean-up; the independent execution authority differs.
Check the actual division of labor and training; no automatic promotion is promised.
Plaster and stucco
Continuous plaster output requires different materials and forming training.
Verify task ability for the new trade rather than just changing the job title.
How are setting tasks compared with adjacent occupations?
Distinguish the objects and outputs by hard facing material, stone masonry, resilient flooring, support tasks and plaster surfaces. Even on the same site, the responsibility, tools and training differ.
After completing M1 to M3, choose a direction with a clear material and location and check the training and employment conditions; adjacent tasks are re-verified, and the model does not lead directly to a transfer.
The precise O*NET definitions support output comparison; the selection suggestions are an editorial summary and do not measure demand rankings, mutual qualification recognition or success rates.
Continue learning about AI, regional wages, physical working conditions and training; the comparison links are for exploration and not a job hiring commitment.
Insufficient evidence: the national AI adoption ratio for 47-2044 and on-site tool effects were not obtained. O*NET software and task profiles cannot serve as adoption rates or experimental results.
First make clear that the input is only the fictitious M1 to M3 on this page and that the output is a draft for re-checking. Customer drawings, addresses and quotations do not enter the tool without the organisation's permission, and real projects require checking the data rules separately.
The 2025—2035 US 47-2044 total projection shows 9.8% growth and a ten-year net increase of about 4,400 people; about 3,300 annual openings include replacements and are not annual net additions or AI causality, and are not extrapolated to China.
A text or drawing draft cannot establish that the substrate, waterproofing and bonding are acceptable; real inspection and acceptance are handled by the corresponding responsible persons.
Actual installation, quality confirmation and handover follow personnel training and project responsibility. A general risk framework is not a construction qualification, a purchasing approval or a basis for project acceptance.
The published US 2025—2035 growth of 9.8% and about 3300 annual openings are the total projection for 47-2044 and cannot be used to calculate net AI gains or losses or individual job security.
O*NET lists dimension positioning, layout, materials and installation and finishing, which describes what the occupation does and does not prove the accuracy or widespread adoption of AI tools.
What should be checked for AI information assistance?
Insufficient evidence: adoption rates, construction effects, the net AI employment effect and task scores were not obtained. The BLS2025—2035 overall projection for this occupation shows 9.8% growth and about 3,300 annual openings including replacements, which is not AI causality; the editorial scenarios only explain the human checking points for information assistance.
The occupational task profile, the BLS group projection and the general NIST method answer different questions. Check the region, object, period and evidence level, and do not piece the three together into proof of AI deployment effects.
US 47-2044 hard facing installation tasks
It only establishes the occupational task objects and does not measure the performance of any AI tool.
The US 47-2044 total employment and openings projection
The total projection does not separate a net AI effect and rounded counts are not used to recompute the published rate; the ten-year net increase and annual openings are different indicators and are not extrapolated to China or to individual hiring or unemployment probabilities.
Software and information handling activities in the occupational profile
It lists CAD, estimating, spreadsheet and similar background and does not set a uniform software requirement for the job.
There is no tool version, construction sample or comparison effect, so no productivity benefit is derived.
The four risk management functions of NIST AI RMF1.0
GOVERN, MAP, MEASURE and MANAGE are a general risk method; the setting application is editorial analysis.
It provides no usage ratio, wage effect or project approval for this occupation.
The editorial application of this page's M model and the general NIST method
The framework is used editorially to check inputs, versions and outputs; the M1 to M3 question and reference answers are designed on this page and are not a NIST field experiment.
The NIST framework provides no performance data for this occupation; a correct paper model does not prove automated construction is reliable.
Does generating a nice drawing mean you can build?
No. M1 to M3 is fictitious geometry; the real joint width, substrate, materials and details are not given, so no construction approval is created.
Does having a software list mean AI is widespread?
No. O*NET lists software background and does not provide a national AI adoption survey for the setting occupation.
Does calculating the unit count correctly mean you can order?
No. The model ignores cutting waste, joint width and actual material conditions, and on-site purchasing needs an approved basis.
Can a tool judge whether the substrate is acceptable?
Can the projected growth be used to calculate an AI effect?
Insufficient evidence: no isolated net AI employment effect was obtained. The 9.8% is a total occupational projection and the 3300 annual openings include replacements, so neither tool-driven change nor individual job security can be inferred.
Is the NIST framework a construction permit?
No. NIST provides only a voluntary general risk method; material and tool training, project approval and real project responsibility are confirmed by the local task.
Can customer files be used in the exercise?
This page needs only fictitious input; customer drawings, addresses and quotations require checking the organisation's permission and are not uploadable by default.
Precise occupational task profile
O*NET US 47-2044 object and output background; it provides no tool effects.
General risk framework
The four NIST methods are used for editorial checking, not as a field construction experiment.
Occupational software background
The O*NET software list is not a national AI adoption rate for this occupation.
Total employment projection
The BLS2025—2035 precise occupational data, not a net AI employment effect.
Wage statistical method
OEWS coverage differs from employment, and the method note is not a causal experiment.
Occupational preparation background
The typical US BLS measure is long-term on-the-job training, which does not imply tool training is sufficient.
The NIST framework method
A voluntary general risk method does not constitute a project permit.
Capability: how the draft is produced
Adoption: whether the site actually uses it
Outcome: how job changes are attributed
Prepare
List the units, dimensions and colour rules

Each item points back to the M1 original input, without adding site parameters.
Drawing
Draw the specified strip positions as a grid
An editorial geometry experience
Check manually the 6 rows and 4 columns and the blue column on the left.
Estimating
Draft a colour requirement table
Must not be treated as an approved purchase quantity
Check the model assumptions, material batches and real unknowns.
Change
List the before and after colour difference for two cells
An editorial version comparison
Make clear r3c2 and r4c2 and keep the old version.
Records
Organize a no-construction handover draft
Record assistance only
Distinguish the requirement, stock and shortfall, and do not invent a delivery.
On site
Understand the actual measuring, installation and finishing tasks
No evidence of overall substitution effects
Operation follows material and tool training, site conditions and authority.
The job
Understand the projection and task requirements
No isolated AI employment effect obtained
Check the current job rather than deciding from a substitution index.
Information preparation direction
Lists and summaries can be trialled editorially, but the real basis still has to be checked.
A person states the original values, units, drawing version and unconfirmed conditions.
Dimension and layout direction
A generated drawing differs from the approved drawing, and the estimate differs from the actual quantity used.
Re-check the row and column positions and quantities; they are not automatically used for purchasing or construction.
Installation and finishing direction
Paper success provides no evidence of on-site execution reliability.
Execute and give feedback according to the corresponding training, and do not hand responsibility to a generated draft.
Define the purpose
Only a fictitious information list is produced, with no construction instructions.
Check the input
List the dimensions, units, colour rules and version, without mixing in site data.
Clarify the conditions
Site materials and authority must be confirmed through the organisation's procedures.
Recompute the draft
Calculate cell by cell and mark the wrong counts and the conditions that remain unknown.
Keep the process
Keep the input, draft and manual changes, and re-check when the version changes.
The draft exceeds its scope
A quantity draft is used directly for ordering or on-site construction.
Mark the model scope and unconfirmed items, with the real basis checked by the corresponding personnel.
Project data leakage
Customer addresses, drawings and quotations may exceed the permitted use.
The exercise uses fictitious input only; real data requires checking the organisation's permission first.
Missing a change in the calculation
Changing only the drawing without changing the colours or quantities, or continuing to reference the old version.
List the changes cell by cell and recompute the stock difference, keeping both versions.
Inventing site status
A summary claims the substrate, waterproofing and bonding are acceptable without site evidence.
Keep it unknown and hand it to the corresponding responsible person; text generation is not acceptance.
Misreading the employment projection
Treating group growth as jobs created by tools or as no personal risk.
Record the projection scope and the AI gap separately, and give no personal probability.
People still exploring
First do M1 to M3 independently, then check any tool draft and keep the reasons for changes.
People doing the actual work
Re-check against the project approved conditions and data rules, and route site issues along the chain of responsibility.
Material records staff
Distinguish estimating, stock and purchase confirmation, and mark the drawing version and items to check.
Site coordinators
Define the draft's purpose, its reviewer and the handling authority, and judge from real error feedback rather than a demonstration.
An area-based quote does not equal an individual's daily income: the recognition of the measured quantity, rework, waiting for materials, tool and material costs and payment must also be checked. The contract's total takings and your own labour pay should be kept separate.
Insufficient evidence: the earlier search on 2026-10-01 of China State Construction and Shanghai government domains produced no setting recruitment sample matching the tasks, amounts and complete conditions, and this round did not re-check recruitment; campus recruitment or engineering management amounts cannot be filled in.
This round checked the NBS2025 Table 6 and its notes and selected the broad job reference according to hard facing wall and floor construction tasks; the non-private and private construction annual averages are listed separately, and different populations are not pieced into a personal range. The earlier limited official domain search produced no complete matching setter recruitment pay sample, and this round did not re-check recruitment.
Chinese compensation: first distinguish the occupational gap from industry data
Neither the broad job nor the construction unit annual averages are a setter's personal compensation, and they are not converted into a uniform monthly salary or day rate.
Insufficient evidence: matching recruitment conditions such as the training period, piece rates and actual paid hours were not obtained; personal compensation should continue to be checked against the original announcement and contract.
Preparing to enter | check the real tasks, training feedback and training-period pay; the editorial checklist promises no specific employer hiring.
Expanding the material scope | check the location and process training and the measurement for tile and stone; past experience does not guarantee higher income on a new task.
Changing the employment arrangement | check the contracting or employment contract, material and tool costs, acceptance and payment; wages from other jobs cannot serve as a setting quote.
The national wage gap remains open; the two construction annual averages cannot form setter occupational percentiles and do not create a high or low pay qualification threshold.
Estimating personal take-home pay requires actual paid time, the measured result, and the basis for waiting, rework and deductions. Without these conditions, no steady monthly income or annual number of construction days is derived.
Insufficient evidence: the causal proportion of wage change after AI adoption in China for this occupation was not obtained, and general methods, task profiles and construction wages cannot fill it in.
The 80,739 yuan is the pre-tax annual average for a broad production and manufacturing job group in above-scale enterprises; the construction figures of 92,036 / 66,275 yuan belong to urban non-private / private units respectively. Neither is a separate wage or personal range for this occupation, and employer offers, contract takings and personal take-home pay still need to be separated by measure and costs.
National Low is 37,140 US dollars/year, which the official help explains as 10% below and 90% above, that is, the 10th percentile. This position is not a newcomer wage or a minimum contractual commitment.
For the United States May2025 SOC47-2044, the national P25/P75 are 45,200 / 70,220 US dollars/year, read directly from the O*NET National Wages United States row; P90 is 86,110 US dollars/year and 41.40 US dollars/hour. Percentiles are not seniority grades, and the 47-2040 combined figures are not used to fill them in.
The latest BLS precise row shows about 45,200 people in 2025 rising to about 49,600 in 2035; published growth 9.8% with about 3300 annual openings. Rounded counts are not used to recompute the rate, and openings including replacements do not equal net additions.
The OEWS wage survey excludes the self-employed, and the employment projection has different population coverage from wages. An employee wage median cannot be multiplied by total employment to estimate the income of all setting personnel.
Some OEWS annual values use a statistical conversion of 2080 hours and do not guarantee the same paid time all year for an individual. Tax, cost, waiting and rework conditions still depend on the specific contract and records.
US wages: the precise occupation and statistical boundaries
The 2025 national annual wage distribution position
The annual median is the middle position of the surveyed wage population and does not equal a newcomer standard, a training outcome, an after-tax amount or a wage that must be reached.
Which questions should be asked first when reading wage statistics?
Wage percentiles describe a population distribution and do not test ability or seniority. When comparing jobs, align the year, region and units and check the real cost conditions.
Check the contract's hourly or piece rates, training and overtime, paid time and deductions; statistical figures are kept separate from offers and take-home pay, and a contract's total project amount is not called personal wages.
Merged occupation industry background: 47-2040
The merged BLS OOH gives a 2025 construction industry annual median of 59,090 US dollars covering 47-2040 carpet, floor and tile installation and finishing, and not the separate 47-2044 industry.
Specialty trade contracting at 55,990 US dollars/year is likewise a 2025 47-2040 merged median including other flooring occupations; it cannot serve as a precise occupational industry ranking.
Manufacturing at 46,780 US dollars/year is still a merged occupational median, not the wage of all manufacturing employees, and does not prove that moving into that industry causes a pay rise.
The self-employed row only explains the population outside OEWS wage coverage; there is no fourth comparable industry wage.
What else needs checking for an individual work arrangement?
Materials and location, hours and measurement, waiting for materials, rework and payment all affect take-home pay; national openings guarantee no project hiring or number of construction days.
Clarify your own scope of measuring, installation, finishing and handover tasks; design, substrate confirmation and project acceptance follow the division of labor and do not automatically belong to all setting jobs.
Industry differences are affected by occupational mix and regional population. When choosing, also check commuting, physical load, material and tool training, protection and living arrangements, and do not look only at the level of the merged wage.
2025—2035 employment and annual average openings
Occupational wages use 47-2044 and the industry table uses 47-2040 with the merged scope stated row by row; O*NET has also changed to 2025—2035 employment this round, and the merged 6,400 openings are not treated as this occupation's openings or attributed to AI alone.
When a change request arrives, first restate which cell changes and which conditions are kept; when it is vague, ask specific dimension and version questions. Accepting feedback does not mean accepting untrained or unauthorized operations.
When not hired, record your own preparation, the job conditions and the feedback not obtained separately, and do not infer ability or personality from one outcome. State your real experience and paper work samples truthfully.
Check the location, working hours, whether evenings and weekends are possible, commuting and family arrangements. The BLS commercial scenario is merged background and does not mean every job in this occupation has the same schedule.
Paid arrangements and settlement affordability are independent of interest. Piece rates, waiting for materials, rework and payment conditions need specific checking, and an imagined high wage cannot make up for a real budget.
State the physical load and training boundaries: check kneeling, squatting, lifting, dust and tool conditions first. The model on this page requires no dangerous actions or contact with materials, and completing it does not prove physical fit.
See whether you can explain where a wrong number came from, keep the old value and cooperate on feedback. Extroversion, aesthetic sense or a high test score cannot replace actual material and process training.
RC
Realistic · Conventional
The O*NET47-2044 interest code RC describes realistic and conventional interest in occupational activities; it does not require everyone to be the same and is not turned into a hiring threshold.
Use dimension reading, strip drawings, record sequence and interest in revision to test the clue, then check the repetitive handwork and site conditions; a close code match does not guarantee competence.
Which interests and work habits are worth observing in setting tasks?
Look at interest in hard materials, drawing and quantity checking, detail records and collaboration, together with training, physical load and employment conditions. A psychological test can only provide discussion clues and cannot replace a work sample or real task evidence.
This is not a psychological diagnosis, job screening or skill certification, and no MBTI, Enneagram, IQ or EQ score threshold is established. Each prompt is an editorial behaviour observation and does not claim that personality causes occupational success.
Independently do the M1 initial drawing, the M2 two-cell change and the M3 handover, recording your own errors and revisions; paper and pen is enough. Interest and real construction training are assessed separately, and one calculation is not treated as an assessment.
Holland occupational interests (RIASEC)
Can RC directly decide suitability for setting work?
No. Realistic and conventional interest suggests clues about material handwork and orderly checking; whether a person is willing to keep working in the target environment still depends on task experience and understanding the conditions.
Willing to check units, rows, columns and colours down to the specific cell.
Willing to keep the revision traces and the material unknowns rather than handing in only a nice-looking drawing.
Interest clues and task observation
Liking drawings on paper does not mean liking prolonged kneeling or dust and noise. Record interest, physical limits and life constraints separately, and do not let RC decide for you.
Big Five and work habits
How can test results be turned into observation questions?
Turn the results into checkable behaviour: whether material records are complete, whether there is a recomputation after a change, and whether an inconsistency prompts a question. There is no score pass line for this occupation, and behaviour is more concrete than labels.
Keep all the conditions given in the question and do not fill missing items from impression.
After the two-cell colour change, update the quantities and write the differences.
Editorial behaviour checklist
MBTI preferences and collaboration
Can introversion or extroversion replace setting task evidence?
No. Checking drawings independently and collaborating on site are both tasks, and preference cannot prove hand skills or tolerance of risk conditions. Record specific preparation, communication style and feedback separately, and do not let a type replace task verification.
Can arrange time for independent checking and also hand over the version and shortfall clearly.
Asks about vague requirements using coordinates and units, and explains the basis for their own view.
A preference discussion, not a type ranking
Do not let four letters determine the whole job scope, and do not ignore training or living conditions to match a type description.
Enneagram and motivation reflection
Do you like the setting result or the checking process?
You can distinguish interest in the look of materials, fine movements and orderly records from the expectation of recognition or income; motivations can coexist, so observe the actual willingness during repeated re-checking.
Can name a drawing check or recomputation step they are willing to do again.
When the result is not good, turns feedback into specific revisions rather than a wholesale judgment of self.
A motivation discussion, not a diagnosis
Do not infer talent or others' psychology from one motivation label; first describe the process behaviour and the real conditions.
Cognitive tasks and checking
How do you observe understanding of dimensions and rules?
Check the metre and millimetre conversion, the 6 rows and 4 columns and the two changed coordinates, and distinguish area, requirement and stock. A single general ability score cannot prove tool use or project acceptance.
Explain why M1 has 24 cells rather than treating the long edge as the number of rows.
List the known figures from the question and the unknown site conditions separately.
Specific comprehension and attention observation
When an error occurs, first locate the unit, row and column, colour or version, then redo it from the original input; one mistake cannot summarize a person's ability.
Communication and feedback
How do you express questions and work boundaries?
First confirm what the other person wants changed, then state your basis and the items you cannot confirm. The paper experience requires no disclosure of private information, and on-site tasks do not skip the authority check because cooperation is requested.
After hearing the change request, restates the specific cells and the conditions kept.
States the training gap and unconfirmed items and passes them to the corresponding responsible person.
An editorial observation of task communication
Tile layout and joint direction
Willing to check the dimensions, drawings and joint requirements and to keep the material change records.
The real material, process and tool training still need to be confirmed item by item.
Stone installation and finishing direction
Attentive to stone specifications, locations, interfaces and lifting conditions.
Paper accuracy does not prove competence in stone installation, and material authority is checked separately.
Stone masonry structure direction
More interested in the output of wall and pier masonry and structural collaboration.
A separate adjacent occupation; masonry training is required and qualifications are not inferred from setting experience.
Resilient flooring direction
Would rather work with sheet and tile flooring, dimensions and interfaces.
The target materials and processes differ, and hard tile techniques do not transfer directly.
Brickmason and tile setter helper direction
Willing to handle support tasks such as materials, tools and clean-up within the division of labor.
Helper tasks require the corresponding training, and helper experience does not automatically prove independent setting.
Plastering and stucco direction
More interested in continuous surface forming and flatness.
The material and output shift to plaster, requiring training as a new trade rather than a renamed setting job.
After memorizing the drawing, what else still needs checking?
What if the change request is not clearly written?
How do you record the actual situation when not hired?
Does admiring the fit-out result mean liking setting work?
Not necessarily. First do the dimension, colour, quantity and version checks and learn about the repetitive handwork, physical load and on-site collaboration. Watching with interest cannot replace experiencing the actual process.
If you dislike socialising, does that mean you will do badly?
Separate social preference from task communication: whether you can state the units, drawing version and material shortfall requires concrete record evidence; extroversion does not represent handwork or collaboration level.
Can aesthetic sense replace training?
No. Beyond choosing a pattern, material, tool, safety and process training are needed; a good appearance cannot judge substrate bonding or project acceptability.
What if site hours conflict with family responsibilities?
List the locations, hours and range of variation you can accept, and check the target working conditions. A limitation is not a personality flaw, and the occupational name does not mean every schedule must be accepted.
Can you experience it without tools or a site?
Yes; M1 to M3 use only fictitious dimensions, drawings, stock and a two-cell change, and paper and pen or a form is enough; no photographs, purchases, customer contact or site visits.
How should a mismatch between the test and the experience be viewed?
Treat the result as a clue to be verified, check the real behaviour, training and living conditions, and do not deny your own process records in order to match a label.
How do you decide the next step when the experience ends?
Organize the steps you are willing to repeat, the calculation revisions and the site training gaps, then choose one job with a clear material and location to learn more about; completing the model does not guarantee employment.

The continuous plaster surfaces of plastering 47-2161, not hard facing installation.
Kneeling, squatting and bending, lifting and tool use must be assessed against the real task, stating your training and physical limits; do not accept unconfirmed actions simply to rush the work.
For piece rates or an area rate, also check the recognition of the measure, rework, waiting, material and tool costs and payment, and do not use an industry average to guarantee take-home pay.
Site-entry education, skill grades and special task qualifications are checked separately. The Beijing 2022 example belongs only to local projects and does not prove that all Chinese setting jobs require the same certificate.
This page uses fictitious material only; customer drawings, addresses and quotations are handled according to the organisation's permission, and an AI summary cannot confirm that data may be uploaded or replace approval.
List the prepared work sample, real training and application results separately, and keep ungiven feedback unknown; truthfully describe that no construction was carried out, and check specific job conditions next.
Which risks should be checked first in setting work?
Under different materials, locations and employment arrangements, dust, physical load, tool training, measurement and payment and authority all need separate checking. First clarify the actual task and the corresponding responsible person.
The following separates O*NET task context, US OSHA background, a Beijing local example and editorial checking suggestions; it is not a personal risk score, an accident rate or a medical judgment.
The checklist is for raising specific questions and cannot replace on-site safety procedures, training or a contract. When conditions are unclear, state the missing items first and have the corresponding responsible person confirm them.
First understand the materials and on-site collaboration
Dust and processed materials
People who take on cutting or grinding of the relevant materials
Processing is required before the material exposure information and control training are confirmed.
Missing exposure evidence affects safety judgments, and a single occasion without symptoms cannot establish that it is controlled.
Physical load and tools
People who must keep kneeling, squatting and bending or lifting
The task suddenly adds heavy items or continuous work while the training arrangement is unclear.
Forcing the work may affect your own or a colleague's safety, and the actual conditions must be checked.
Measurement, rework and payment
People paid by area, process or contracting arrangement
Looking only at the unit price without stating acceptance, rework, waiting for materials and who bears the costs.
Total takings do not equal labour wages, and changes in settlement costs alter take-home pay.
Training certificates and on-site authority
People entering a specific Chinese construction project
Treating a course certificate or grade as full site-entry and hazardous work permission.
Certificates are inapplicable or applied beyond their scope, and the training and authority gap is not addressed.
Customer data and tool permissions
People who organize customer drawing, address and quotation records
Uploading unauthorized data to generate a summary, or trusting an automatic site conclusion.
Data may leak, and generated dimensions or quality status may be wrong.
Training and application outcome pressure
Explorers without experience or expanding into new materials and locations
Treating a paper grid as real process experience, or denying all ability because the application result is unclear.
Truthfulness is damaged and the training and job match problem remains unsolved.

| An internal direction, not an open position announcement |
| Stone installation direction | Understand the specifications, locations and interfaces; for real tasks check the conditions first | Check the installation materials, lifting and tool authority | Write the specification, location and unknowns list, without claiming it has been installed | Part of the same occupation's tasks; not automatically interchangeable |
| Helper role direction | Assist with materials, tools and clean-up according to the division of labor | The 47-3011 merged helper tasks are not recruitment conditions | Present your material record preparation and collaboration questions | A separate helper occupation, with ability checked separately |
| Exploring training or an apprenticeship | First check the course feedback and safety training | The BLS US long-term OJT does not imply a Chinese training commitment | Prepare the units, drawings and record work sample, and list the training gaps | Seven days on paper does not confer a certificate or guarantee hiring |
| Real job condition verification | Check the region, material, location, process and pay | Insufficient evidence: complete matching recruitment conditions were not obtained | Truthfully list your own training experience and the model work sample | The current original announcement and contract govern |
Task materials and job requirements
O*NET supports the occupational task baseline and does not provide matching Chinese employer hiring standards for this round.
Check the dimensions and drawing
Use M1 to mark the units, rows and columns, then use the two-cell change in M2 to explain the re-checking process.
Check the materials and unknowns
M3 lists the colour, batch, stock and requirement, and no substrate or delivery status may be invented.
Check the actual arrangements
List questions about working hours, location, training and physical load; paper preparation does not promise acceptance of all on-site tasks.
The M1 grid and calculation
Draw 6 rows and 4 columns with the left c1 blue and the rest white, and check the area and colour requirement.
The M2 difference and recomputation
Keep the old drawing; r3c2 and r4c2 change from white to blue, so recompute the stock difference.
The M3 handover and missing items
Add no deliveries; list the specification, batch, stock, requirement, shortfall and site unknowns.
Your own process statement
Keep the error corrections and note that only a fictitious model was used, with no tool operation or real construction.
| Scenario | What to check | How to observe | What cannot be inferred from this |
|---|---|---|---|
| Prepare the job materials | Check the location, tasks, training and pay | The work sample and experience are truthful and the unknowns are clear | Correct format does not guarantee hiring |
| Receiving a drawing change | Check the specific cell coordinates and version | The before and after drawings and the recomputation are traceable | It cannot be inferred that a real construction assessment has been passed |
| Check the employment agreement | Check the recognition of the measure, rework, costs and payment | Make clear the contracting party and the items to check | A unit price does not equal a net income commitment |
| Review preparation | State what you completed and the training gap | The calculation revision records can be re-checked | An editorial scenario, not a uniform employer exam |
| Qualification / preparation items | Who it mainly suits | Realistic role in job seeking | Whether it is a common entry threshold | Enrollment / processing conditions | Investment considerations | Important limitations |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Education and OJT | People intending to learn about material processes | Preparing learning and skill feedback | US typical: no formal educational credential but long-term OJT; China is checked separately | Check the training, tasks, tools, feedback and safety | Check the time and cost against the actual course and job | The US group measure does not mean no training is needed |
| Grades and training materials | People intending to take a skill assessment | State the tasks or grades learned | Do not infer a mandatory national condition for this occupation from a certificate name | Check the trade certification, application and current arrangements | No uniform crash-course cost is promised | The JGJ/T315-2016 notice only proves the name and publication date |
| Local project site entry | People entering the corresponding Chinese construction project | Check the education, real-name registration and training | According to the jurisdiction, project and real task | The Beijing 2022 guideline is a local example, with your own applicability checked separately | Check through the organisation's process before entry | Not a uniform permit for all setters nationwide |
| Special task requirements | People whose task involves local special work | State the corresponding permit scope | Do not assume from the occupational name that everything is involved | Check the local task classification and the training and examination | First check what you need to take on | Courses and skill grades do not replace lifting, electrical or work-at-height qualifications |
| Current employer conditions | People applying for jobs with a clear material and location | Used to match that occasion's task | The original announcement and contract govern | Check the hours, skills, training and pay | Prepare only for the actual requirements | With no complete matching sample obtained, no uniform threshold is written |
| Paper work samples | Explorers without on-site experience yet | Present dimension, position and version checking | It is not a construction certificate | M1 to M3 are marked as fictitious and your own calculations | Paper and pen or a form is enough; no equipment purchase | Does not prove substrate confirmation, acceptance or hand operation ability |
Education, training, grades, site entry and special tasks each have different purposes and cannot substitute for one another; project acceptance is another responsibility question.
The Beijing 2022 document is limited to a local example of allocation and supervision at building and municipal sites; the actual local project and task requirements must be checked, and no uniform national certification conclusion is inferred.
Insufficient evidence: the full text of JGJ/T315-2016, its latest replacement status and the current national qualification conditions for this occupation were not obtained, and the Shanghai publication notice provides no application threshold or training duration.
Keep the original requirements and confirmation by the responsible person, and check the conditions by specific process. A generated summary cannot approve real construction, hazardous work or acceptance.
First complete the paper exploration of dimensions, drawings and material records, then check the training and site conditions for the specific material and location. US long-term on-the-job training does not become a seven-day start-work promise, and the capability stages are only an editorial organization.
For real Chinese jobs, the material, location, training and special tasks are checked separately; no complete matching recruitment sample was obtained for this objective.
US 47-2044 typical: no formal educational credential, no related experience and long-term on-the-job training; this is not a uniform Chinese condition.
Material | the M1 strip wall model
A fictitious wall 2.4 metres wide × 1.8 metres high, tiles 600 millimetres wide × 300 millimetres high, laid horizontally without rotation; the model ignores joint width, cutting, waste, substrate and details and is paper geometry only.
v1 has 6 rows and 4 columns, r1—r6 from top to bottom and c1—c4 from left to right. In each row c1 is blue and c2 to c4 are white; all 24 cells have a unit. Stock: white batch W1 20 units, blue batch B1 5 units, all fictitious and of the same specification; no delivery or actual setting.
Task | M1 to M3
In M1, draw v1 and calculate the rows and columns, area, total unit count, white and blue requirements and the stock difference. M2 changes only r3c2 and r4c2 from white to blue, leaving the other 22 cells unchanged as v2; the original strip rule is not restored, so keep v1 and recompute.
M3 keeps the stock unchanged, with no delivery and no construction; use v2 to write the specification, colours, batches, requirement, stock and shortfall; list the unknowns of real material suitability, joint width, waste, substrate and details.
Reference | recomputation and handover for both versions
600 millimetres = 0.6 metres and 300 millimetres = 0.3 metres, so the width 2.4 ÷ 0.6 = 4 columns and the height 1.8 ÷ 0.3 = 6 rows, 24 cells in total; each cell is 0.18 square metres, total 4.32 square metres. In v1 there are 6 blue and 18 white; stock of 5 blue is 1 short and stock of 20 white leaves 2 over.
In v2 two white cells become blue: 16 white and 8 blue, with the total of 24 cells and 4.32 square metres unchanged; 20 white leaves 4 over and 5 blue is 3 short. M3 hands over v2, white W1 stock 20 needing 16 with 4 over, and blue B1 stock 5 needing 8 with 3 short; it cannot be written as fully stocked or already built, and the site conditions remain to be checked.
Scope | geometry records do not stand in for construction
All data is fictitious and paper and pen or a form is enough. There is no cutting, adhesive, lifting or setting, no material or equipment purchase, no customer contact and no site visit.
Getting the model right does not confirm the actual quantity used, that batches can be mixed, material suitability or project acceptability; the work sample only states your own paper checking and does not pass as operating experience or a certificate.
Day 1 | read the model conditions
List the width, height, tile specification, orientation and unknowns, and produce a metres and millimetres conditions card.
Day 2 | draw M1
Draw 6 rows and 4 columns, mark the blue left column and the version, and produce a 24-cell diagram.
Day 3 | check the initial quantity
Calculate 4.32 square metres and the 18 white and 6 blue stock difference, and produce the calculation and revision table.
Day 4 | record M2
Keep v1 and change the two coordinates to blue as v2, producing the difference diagram and change table.
Day 5 | recompute the requirement
Check the 16 white and 8 blue with 4 white over and 3 blue short, and produce the before and after differences and the reasons for the re-check.
Day 6 | complete M3
Do not invent a delivery or construction; produce the specification, batch, stock, requirement, shortfall handover and the unknowns list.
Day 7 | organize the next step
Summarize your own work sample errors, willingness to repeat and training gaps, and produce one exploration question with a clear material and location.
What should be prepared first for entry and development?

Get the input clear
List the dimensions, drawings, materials and unknowns and keep the source version.
Carry out within training
Real processes are supported by the corresponding training and approved conditions, and conflicts are fed back promptly.
Record and re-check
Changes and missing items are traceable, and project acceptability is not declared on appearance alone.

The change records, recomputation and open items are traceable.
Quality acceptance follows project responsibility and is not expanded on your own because of experience.
Check the training first before expanding into complex drawings and locations.
Material and location expansion
For a new material or location, understand the conditions and interfaces first and do not copy old methods.
Feedback from several real tasks and clear gaps.
Check the tools, materials, details and special tasks separately.
Continue on the facing main line or train separately for another trade.
Stone facing direction
Understanding specifications and locations
Read the stone specification and installation location and list the dimension and interface questions.
Describe the information checking and do not call the model stone installation experience.
Check the real stone lifting, processing and installation training.
Learn about the real materials and the corresponding course conditions.
Install within the training scope
Work together to the specific material and tool training and the approved basis.
Real execution records and feedback can show your own contribution.
Site entry and special tasks follow the jurisdiction of the actual task.
Fill in material properties, interface and collaboration training.
Record finishing and changes
Keep the specification, dimension and detail changes and explain conflicts promptly.
The before and after basis and unresolved items can be re-checked.
Structural and fixing design and acceptance authority do not automatically belong to the executor.
For a new location or material, check the conditions and training first.
Deepen the corresponding experience
Use feedback from several occasions to improve the quality and handover of similar tasks.
Records with a clear material and location are more concrete than surface photographs.
Moving into masonry, design or management requires checking the duties and qualifications separately.
Continue on this line or add the abilities the new responsibility requires.
Material data collaboration direction
Check the task conditions
Understand the measurement, drawings and responsibility, and do not equate data collaboration with all construction.
Truthfully list the model preparation, training and work constraints.
Check the current announcement's tasks, skills and conditions item by item.
Choose a job with a clear material and location to learn more about.
Version and material records
Organize the approved data and missing items within the data permissions.
The units, drawings, batches and the confirmation status of the responsible person are traceable.
Organisational processes, data permissions and site training are checked separately.
Fill in process understanding and accurate expression.
Tracking change impact
Compare the old and new drawings and quantities and explain the assumptions and open items.
Keep the changed coordinates, the re-check and the handover basis.
A budget draft, a purchase approval and acceptance are different.
Check the tools and responsibility before expanding the task.
Exploring specialist responsibility
Check the requirements before taking on estimating or coordination duties; there is no automatic move into management.
Real task feedback clarifies what you took on.
Estimating, organising, training and design each have their own ability boundaries.
Continue in the current work or add specialist and organisational knowledge.

NBS construction industry background; it cannot fill in an individual wage.
Insufficient evidence: national AI adoption, tool effects or a net employment effect for the occupation were not obtained; the NIST method does not prove that demand, wages or bargaining power have been changed by tools.
Insufficient evidence: the earlier targeted search of official domains on 2026-10-01 produced no complete recruitment pay sample matching Chinese setting tasks, and this round did not re-check recruitment; process entry pages, campus recruitment and engineering management are not treated as current hiring demand.
Before moving to an adjacent trade, check the objects and outputs; a background in dimensions and collaboration may be relevant, but the new materials, processes, responsibility and qualifications must be relearned and verified.
Employment prospects and adjacent exploration directions
The US total projection guarantees neither demand in every region nor, still less, an individual's work.
NIST provides only a general checking method and does not measure setting tool coverage or net employment.
With insufficient recruitment samples, national opening counts, demand rates or wage rankings cannot be calculated.
Dimension and stone reading share a common background.
Stonemasons handle wall and pier masonry, requiring masonry and structural responsibility training.
Sharing a material name does not guarantee mutual recognition of trade ability.
Dimension, material estimating and handover are connected.
The process interfaces of resilient sheet and tile flooring differ, requiring the corresponding material training.
Check the target flooring first and do not transfer hard tile skills directly.
Materials, tools and the on-site division of labor can provide background.
Helper support responsibility differs from independent setting, and the ability evidence is checked separately.
Helper experience does not automatically confer independent qualifications.
Surfaces and collaboration records are connected.
Plastering is continuous forming, requiring the corresponding material and process training.
Years in fit-out work do not imply competence in a new trade.
Unit material measurement and on-site communication are connected.
Block and brick wall output and structural tasks differ, requiring masonry requirements.
Having bricks does not mean it is only setting under a different name.
Floor dimensions and quantity estimating are connected.
Carpet involves different flexible material installation and seam training.
Check the material and process first and do not rely on hard tile experience.
Floor surfaces and process sequencing are related.
Forming and finishing poured concrete surfaces requires dedicated training.
The objects and outputs differ, so a direct transfer is not guaranteed.
Drawing measurement and building surface collaboration are related.
Drywall and acoustical ceilings deal with boards and supports, not hard stone facing.
A ceiling tile is not a ceramic tile; fill in the material, construction and trade requirements.

This link supports the O*NET47-2044 tasks; each adjacent precise profile provides its own output comparison, and the transition suggestions are an editorial judgment.
Insufficient evidence: the occupational adoption effect score and isolated net employment were not obtained; an editorial checklist still requires a person to check the original values and versions, and site tasks follow training and authority.
US wages cannot be used to estimate personal compensation in China. In China, the 2025 pre-tax annual average of 80,739 yuan for the broad production and manufacturing job group in above-scale enterprises covers construction and other personnel; the construction figures of 92,036 / 66,275 yuan for non-private / private belong to a different population. All three are not a separate median, starting wage or personal range for this occupation, and the precise distribution and matching offers are still missing.
Ask about material dust, physical load, tool training, measurement, rework and payment; OSHA is US background only and cannot approve Chinese site operations.
No; observe the interest in dimensions, records, revision and collaboration, then check the real training, physical load, living and pay conditions, and set no personality threshold.
M1 has 18 white and 6 blue, M2 has 16 white and 8 blue with 5 blue stock 3 short; M3 keeps the versions and the no-construction shortfall and unknowns, and it cannot be called fully stocked or project acceptance.
Explain the locations, units, versions, measurements and missing items to the project's designated responsible person and handle them within actual responsibility; a paper reader does not take on real purchasing, construction or acceptance.
