Separate descriptions without a personal or clinical label.
A complete original reading of feelings around distance, preserving context, uncertainty and individual choices.
Each original sentence receives one description of your past four weeks: does not describe, partly describes or describes. Cannot judge, no relevant experience and prefer not to answer are separate choices. Twenty-one choices make seven records of three statements, with six category counts adding to three in each. The individual sentences and selected words remain visible. Comfortable, difficult and uncertain descriptions are not reverse-scored or combined. There are no points, total, average, cutoff, dominant pattern or clinical result.
Distance and a feeling about distance
These three statements concern a fear during a gap in contact, an emotional response to a small change in availability and being able to leave uncertainty unresolved. They describe your side of an experience. They do not establish that someone intended to leave, that a connection was threatened or that a request for contact was owed. No name, message or account of an exchange is collected.
Availability does not reveal an intention
A familiar person may be unavailable for many reasons the website cannot know. A strong feeling can still be real without being evidence of their intention. Equally, feeling able to wait does not prove that a connection is secure. The record preserves the sentence you selected and leaves the circumstances open, rather than deciding whether your concern is reasonable or unreasonable.
A response habit is a different question
The existing Relationship Worry Habits activity asks about repeated reassurance, attention to possible rivals, extra giving and indirect checks over three months. Those are specific actions with their own frequency method. This record concerns feelings and uncertainty over four weeks. An action cannot be inferred from a feeling, and neither method can be converted into the other or added into a shared score.
Different sentences can fit together
You may recall a strong feeling in one situation and room for uncertainty in another. Both descriptions can fit, and the latter does not cancel the former. A category count cannot show the order, intensity or length of these moments. Three prompts also cannot explain a relationship history, assign an attachment style or determine what someone should do to reassure you.
No contact test is required
Use an existing broad recollection or choose an uncertainty category. You do not need to delay a reply, ask for another promise, check another person’s activity or test whether they follow you. You may keep the question private and finish by reading. If you want a conversation about a troubling feeling, you can describe it without presenting this page as evidence about anyone.

Origin, limits and independent support
- FermatMind authored these twenty-one statements and seven readings as a reflection on selected experiences. They are not a borderline-personality-disorder screen, diagnostic criteria, a validated scale or a way to rate another person. Reliability, validity, norms and language equivalence have not been established. Four weeks is a recall aid, not a clinical duration criterion. Seven topics are an editorial organisation, not seven clinical subscales or a checklist that determines a condition. Public health material provides background without validating this inventory.
- You can seek support for an actual concern without finishing, reaching a count, accepting a label or sharing this record. A qualified mental health professional can consider your needs in an appropriate individual setting. This activity cannot assess safety, explain a cause or choose treatment. It asks for no disclosure, confrontation or reenactment. If there is immediate danger or you cannot stay safe, seek local emergency help instead of continuing.
