Separate descriptions without a personal or clinical label.
A complete original reading of changes in emotional intensity, preserving context, uncertainty and individual choices.
Each original sentence receives one description of your past four weeks: does not describe, partly describes or describes. Cannot judge, no relevant experience and prefer not to answer are separate choices. Twenty-one choices make seven records of three statements, with six category counts adding to three in each. The individual sentences and selected words remain visible. Comfortable, difficult and uncertain descriptions are not reverse-scored or combined. There are no points, total, average, cutoff, dominant pattern or clinical result.
A description of change, not a mood diagnosis
These prompts concern feelings becoming intense more quickly than expected, a sharp change after an interaction and difficulty describing a transition between feelings. They do not establish an episode, duration or clinical mood pattern. A sentence can fit one recalled moment without describing your emotional life as a whole. No emotion needs to be provoked or named in detail to finish.
Change and intensity are separate ideas
A feeling may change quickly while remaining mild, or remain strong without changing quickly. The first sentence also compares an experience with your own expectation, which the website cannot calibrate. The record does not infer one property from another. It cannot tell how long a change lasted, what happened before it or whether it was unusual for someone in the same circumstances.
Different from recent low mood
The separate recent-mood reflection concerns selected low mood, enjoyment, sleep, appetite, energy and self-talk experiences. It does not supply a record of rapid transitions. This activity adds a description of change without diagnosing either depression or bipolar disorder. The forms have different questions and neither can be used to explain, confirm or cancel a result from the other.
Noticing a sequence is not proving a trigger
An interaction and a later feeling may both be remembered, but the form cannot identify the detail that mattered or separate an interaction from fatigue, expectation and other circumstances. Those are possible influences, not explanations assigned by this record. Similar category counts can therefore describe very different sequences. The actual selected sentences remain available so that the aggregate does not replace them.
No tracking assignment follows
You do not need to monitor every feeling, keep an emotion diary, recreate an exchange or test how quickly you can return to another state. Use broad memories or leave the answer uncertain. Reading can end here. If changes are troubling in everyday life, support can start with that concern rather than with a complete chart, a diagnosis or a count from this page.

Origin, limits and independent support
- FermatMind authored these twenty-one statements and seven readings as a reflection on selected experiences. They are not a borderline-personality-disorder screen, diagnostic criteria, a validated scale or a way to rate another person. Reliability, validity, norms and language equivalence have not been established. Four weeks is a recall aid, not a clinical duration criterion. Seven topics are an editorial organisation, not seven clinical subscales or a checklist that determines a condition. Public health material provides background without validating this inventory.
- You can seek support for an actual concern without finishing, reaching a count, accepting a label or sharing this record. A qualified mental health professional can consider your needs in an appropriate individual setting. This activity cannot assess safety, explain a cause or choose treatment. It asks for no disclosure, confrontation or reenactment. If there is immediate danger or you cannot stay safe, seek local emergency help instead of continuing.
