Separate descriptions without a personal or clinical label.
A complete original reading of changing views within a connection, preserving context, uncertainty and individual choices.
Each original sentence receives one description of your past four weeks: does not describe, partly describes or describes. Cannot judge, no relevant experience and prefer not to answer are separate choices. Twenty-one choices make seven records of three statements, with six category counts adding to three in each. The individual sentences and selected words remain visible. Comfortable, difficult and uncertain descriptions are not reverse-scored or combined. There are no points, total, average, cutoff, dominant pattern or clinical result.
A changed view is the subject
These prompts concern a sharp change in your view after an interaction, difficulty keeping liked and disliked aspects in mind together and disappointment changing the feel of a whole connection. They record what you recall thinking or feeling, not the other person’s character. A fitting description cannot show that either your earlier or later view was accurate, unfair or permanent.
One moment and a larger impression differ
An ordinary disappointment can change how a recent exchange feels while leaving other experiences unchanged. Someone else may notice mixed impressions at once. These are possible contexts, not stages through which a person must progress. The form does not establish that a particular change was excessive or that the other person behaved well or badly. The actual interaction remains outside the record.
Do not turn a mixed view into a person label
A category selection is not a label such as unstable, toxic or difficult. It does not identify a personality structure, a diagnosis or a partner’s motives. You can recognise a changing impression without deciding whether a connection should continue. The same public reading is available when every answer is withheld, and declining to answer supplies no hidden explanation for the website to discover.
Sequence is not a cause
An interaction followed by a changed view does not show which detail caused the change. Expectations, recent circumstances and what is remembered may differ, but this exercise cannot separate their influence. Nor can it determine whether a view changed more quickly than it ought to. The three individual choices remain more specific than a combined claim about how you always see people.
Reading does not require reopening an exchange
You may privately notice which part of a sentence felt familiar and which remained unclear. There is no task to revisit a disagreement, obtain another person’s judgment or ask them to prove a positive view. You can stop without resolving the impression. If you choose support, a conversation can focus on your experience while leaving names and another person’s details off this website.
How the record works

Origin, limits and independent support
- FermatMind authored these twenty-one statements and seven readings as a reflection on selected experiences. They are not a borderline-personality-disorder screen, diagnostic criteria, a validated scale or a way to rate another person. Reliability, validity, norms and language equivalence have not been established. Four weeks is a recall aid, not a clinical duration criterion. Seven topics are an editorial organisation, not seven clinical subscales or a checklist that determines a condition. Public health material provides background without validating this inventory.
- You can seek support for an actual concern without finishing, reaching a count, accepting a label or sharing this record. A qualified mental health professional can consider your needs in an appropriate individual setting. This activity cannot assess safety, explain a cause or choose treatment. It asks for no disclosure, confrontation or reenactment. If there is immediate danger or you cannot stay safe, seek local emergency help instead of continuing.
