Separate descriptions without a personal or clinical label.
A complete original reading of acting before considering, preserving context, uncertainty and individual choices.
Each original sentence receives one description of your past four weeks: does not describe, partly describes or describes. Cannot judge, no relevant experience and prefer not to answer are separate choices. Twenty-one choices make seven records of three statements, with six category counts adding to three in each. The individual sentences and selected words remain visible. Comfortable, difficult and uncertain descriptions are not reverse-scored or combined. There are no points, total, average, cutoff, dominant pattern or clinical result.
An ordinary quick choice, not a dangerousness measure
These three statements concern acting before considering a desired next outcome, changing a small plan under a strong feeling and wishing for more time before an ordinary choice. They deliberately avoid details of risky acts. A fitting answer does not identify clinical impulsivity, a disorder or dangerousness. No financial, sexual, substance-related or other private incident needs to be described.
Speed alone does not settle quality
A quick ordinary choice can work well, while a carefully considered choice can still leave regret. This form does not evaluate the decision or its consequences. It asks whether the sentence describes what you remember. It cannot establish how much time was available, whether more time would have helped or whether an immediate response was required by the actual situation.
Different from workplace pace or risk preferences
A preference for pace, a willingness to try something uncertain and an action before consideration are different questions. Existing work-trait and interpersonal reflections have separate prompts and methods. Their means are not imported here, and no number from this record is converted into risk tolerance or readiness for a task. Ordinary choice descriptions do not constitute a safety assessment.
The topics do not explain one another
A strong feeling and a quick choice may be recalled together without one being established as the cause. A change in a connection or an empty feeling is not inferred from an action here. All seven topics remain separate descriptions. No largest count identifies a dominant problem, and withholding an answer is not proof that an unreported consequential event occurred.
No experiment with a decision is needed
Do not make, delay or repeat a decision in order to test this record. An existing recollection is enough, and uncertainty is a valid choice. You may leave a question private without constructing a detailed example. If a real decision has important consequences, consider those actual circumstances and suitable support rather than treating a category count as permission or a restriction.

Origin, limits and independent support
- FermatMind authored these twenty-one statements and seven readings as a reflection on selected experiences. They are not a borderline-personality-disorder screen, diagnostic criteria, a validated scale or a way to rate another person. Reliability, validity, norms and language equivalence have not been established. Four weeks is a recall aid, not a clinical duration criterion. Seven topics are an editorial organisation, not seven clinical subscales or a checklist that determines a condition. Public health material provides background without validating this inventory.
- You can seek support for an actual concern without finishing, reaching a count, accepting a label or sharing this record. A qualified mental health professional can consider your needs in an appropriate individual setting. This activity cannot assess safety, explain a cause or choose treatment. It asks for no disclosure, confrontation or reenactment. If there is immediate danger or you cannot stay safe, seek local emergency help instead of continuing.
