Separate descriptions without a personal or clinical label.
A complete original reading of how i understood myself, preserving context, uncertainty and individual choices.
Each original sentence receives one description of your past four weeks: does not describe, partly describes or describes. Cannot judge, no relevant experience and prefer not to answer are separate choices. Twenty-one choices make seven records of three statements, with six category counts adding to three in each. The individual sentences and selected words remain visible. Comfortable, difficult and uncertain descriptions are not reverse-scored or combined. There are no points, total, average, cutoff, dominant pattern or clinical result.
Descriptions of self in different settings
This record concerns describing yourself differently with different people, difficulty naming what matters apart from expectations and clarity about something you value despite disagreement. It does not ask you to define an identity or list personal values. The three statements can fit different moments, and none proves that a person has a stable or unstable self, a stronger character or a condition.
Flexibility and uncertainty are not the same
Choosing different words in different settings can have many meanings. A form cannot tell whether it reflects privacy, a practical role, language, uncertainty or something else. Feeling clear in one moment also does not settle every larger question about yourself. This exercise preserves the description you choose without rewarding a single consistent account or treating a changed description as a failure.
No identity is assigned
These questions do not determine gender, orientation, a personality type or what an adult ought to value. Other activities about self-image, interests and social attitudes ask their own narrower questions. Their answers cannot supply a missing response here, and this record cannot confirm their results. Shared words about self-understanding do not make the underlying methods or purposes identical.
A clear moment does not cancel a difficult one
You might feel sure about one priority and uncertain about another, or use different descriptions with different people. Those choices remain separate, without a reverse item or coherence score. Counts do not establish how often a view changed or how much distress it caused. They also cannot decide which description is more authentic or explain why an expectation mattered to you.
You can leave a description unfinished
There is no requirement to write a personal statement, adopt a label, challenge someone’s expectations or announce a preference. Use a broad recollection, select cannot judge or read without answering. If useful in a separate conversation, you may simply say that describing what matters has felt difficult. No answer or count is required before that concern deserves attention.

Origin, limits and independent support
- FermatMind authored these twenty-one statements and seven readings as a reflection on selected experiences. They are not a borderline-personality-disorder screen, diagnostic criteria, a validated scale or a way to rate another person. Reliability, validity, norms and language equivalence have not been established. Four weeks is a recall aid, not a clinical duration criterion. Seven topics are an editorial organisation, not seven clinical subscales or a checklist that determines a condition. Public health material provides background without validating this inventory.
- You can seek support for an actual concern without finishing, reaching a count, accepting a label or sharing this record. A qualified mental health professional can consider your needs in an appropriate individual setting. This activity cannot assess safety, explain a cause or choose treatment. It asks for no disclosure, confrontation or reenactment. If there is immediate danger or you cannot stay safe, seek local emergency help instead of continuing.
